有次确实提到小企业和农场受影响较大。另外加州双职股票启产401有些人可以达到。
加州房价和公司股票都涨很快。利滚利也算上。
另外基金花5%。但也有收益尽管大多nonprofit. Nonprofit doesnt mean no profit.

持绿卡。属于statistician一类。在texas. 非常棒的offer!
但是手上也有一个刚刚那道的nonprofit的offer, technical director。职务的头衔貌
似不错。工资显然低不少。但在华盛顿，比德州机会多，人脉广。不少人说，冲这个机
会就应该去华盛顿。
虽然收入低些也就算了，但是看到上面有人说nonprofit 的h1b有很多劣势，以后去业
界会很难很难。对于申请绿卡也是不利的。这可怎么办？咱老中最担心的还是身份问题。
就要拖家带口的人了，为了不让老婆孩子遭罪，不得不在这一步慎重考虑。请问大家有

有可能在maternity leave之后，辞职，现在还是h1（nonprofit），在找工作。
要是找到了，打算修完产假就到新单位上班。
问题是maternityleave期间，是政府发的paid family leave，所以我想那时候单位发
的paycheck应该没有钱。这样申请h1的时候（nonprofit转成工业界的h1），会有问题
么？一般都要求最后几张的paycheck，有还是会有，就是上面没有钱。大家有人这样操
作过么？

寒假期间又来一个offer，还是nonprofit，拒了第一个，准备从第二个。
现在如果在第二个单位用CPT，需要重新通过学校来办，学校恐怕会怀疑我要quit不给办
，而且也需要两周才能approve。所以我想不去第一个单位做intern，但是用CPT拖着，
来办premium h1b。不知道这样可行不？办h1b的时候看到我的I20上写着正在某单实习
用CPT，会不会去check?

transfer的，我知道不能从cap-exempt H1B转到cap-subject H1B，所以很明显state
government是属于USCIS定义的cap exempt organization，具体细节如下sec. 214.2(h
)(19)(iii) 本人现用OPT 但是律师说不能申cap-exempt H1B 因为state government不
属于cap exempt organization 而只有federal government才算，可这USCIS压根没提
federal的字眼，请问在哪里能找到USCIS的官方信息关于不能从cap-exempt H1B转到
cap-subject H1B从而用反例来反驳律师的观点啊？

1. 我是在H1B申请递交之后就可以开始工作吗？还是必须等批准之后才能工作？

3. 如何能保证H4的批准一定在H1B批准之前？

色的父母但不是角色本人。我在现实生活中只认识不是asperger的自闭娃，小孩和父母
我都同情。我觉得asperger的暴力倾向其实很明显的，但因为要政治正确没有人敢这么
