昨天换了油以后突然心血来潮想试试这个东东，就在轮子的nut上试了试。
没想到一下子把那个stud弄断了。
开始还不知道那个东东叫什么，还是老家伙告诉我的叫stud（我还以为就叫bolt呢）。
打电话问了两家garage都要40刀。想了想还是自己弄吧，反正工具都有了。
parts 2。5刀，一个stud，一个nut。
松nuts，支车，卸wheel
拆calliper，拆brake pad。
我靠，其实换brake pad简单的很啊。
然后还要拆那个calliper bracket（？）才能把rotor拿下来。
然后3长1短4个stud就赫然眼前了
我的车（97 saturn）的stud是那种press in的，断的要用hammer锤下来。
不过真的很难锤（不信你自试试）。我喷了n遍WD40，有敲了半天，it纹丝不动。
我也不敢太用力，怕把hub搞坏了。
后来我楼下那个columbia的哥们看到了，说你上下左右稍微敲敲，让it松一松。
靠，我怎么么就没想到！这招还真好使，终于把it搞出来了。
接下来装新的stud。这个也不是那么好装 |

what you are experiencing is call "warping"
What gumtx mean is:
you need to tight lug nuts evenly. tight nuts in a star pattern and
gradually. (star partten if your have 5 bolts, and cross pattern if you have
4 bolts.)
one cause for warping is that you tighten one nut fully tight first and
then move to the next one.
warping can also be caused by worn disc. did you only change the pad but
not the disc?

breaker bar is good only when you don't have any tools else to lose the nut.

后来一看轮胎，原来是lug nuts送了。 一个月前自己做了一次tire rotation, 上lug
nuts的时候，尽管用了torque wrench, 但是接了接了个extension bar,听到click声音
，估计是extension bar导致没拧紧，开了一个月，lug nuts都松的快掉了。 |

今天去了一趟walmart，然后进去没有逛多久出来走人了。
谁知道一打火，发动机起来了，但是有stuttering的感觉，而且感觉有晃动，没一会
check engine light立马亮起，还带闪烁，同时TCS也亮起。吓得我立马关掉引擎。
然后就开始思考，nnd，今天难道就要叫AAA来将车和我一起拖回去，等等。。。倒是不
太敢冒着闪烁的check engine light开车。大概等了10分钟，再次打火，check engine
light还是亮得，但是不闪烁了。但是还有点怠速慢的感觉，立马加油，hold在
1000rpm左右，大概1分钟这样，感觉稳定了，立马开车就走。
回到家，感觉必须要去autozone读一下code，大致去acura网站查了一下，觉得最大可
能是要换spark plug了。查了地址就出发了，还好没有闪烁的灯。
到了autozone，一个很nice小哥就帮我去查code了，得到P0301，P0302，P0305，P0300。

一年前，我在换油时发现前轮外侧的CV boot裂开了，当时里程是63K，大家亲眼见过哪
个车63K CV boot完蛋的吗？今天见识了吧，当时没零件换，就用duct tape保了一下，
坚持了两个月。
感谢中国制造，现在换整个drive axle的费用比让修车铺里的low life换CV boot低很
多，亚马孙上定了整个drive axle assembly，92刀免运费，很快收到，又托了很久才
动手。
因为没有冲击板手，我只好先把轮子卸下，把轮子中间的塑料圆片取下，把axle nut的
凹坑顶圆（见Fig 1），再把轮子装回去，这样axle nut露出来，就可以用大扭矩轻松
把axle nut拧下来（见Fig 2），一定要让车轮落地再拧，否则变速器受大力矩会短命。 |

然后是把新的axle nut装上，扭矩要求180，我的扭矩扳手最大150，先用扭矩扳手拧到
150，在自己拧紧一点就行了(Fig 11)，最后是把新的axle nut砸出凹坑防止变松。
换下来的车轴材料不错，看来可以改成枪管或哑铃，所以就留着了。 |

5. 松开固定water pump pulley的那四个nuts，不要完全拆下，因为后面空间出来更好拆
5. 拆掉tension pulley
6. 拆掉固定tensionpulley的那个东西
7. 拆掉固定ac的那根棍子
8. 拿下water pump pulley
9. 松开water pump 12个 nuts，拿下water pump
10 去厨房那个水果刀，刮下residual water pump gasket
11. 撅着屁股用水果刀刮下water pump mountain 上的residua gasket

而且每经过一个middle point的时候，下一步的round trip会少一个，直观上看
这个应该是最优的；步知道理论上能不能证明这一点。

性不要好了，然后尽可能载得越远越好。
送去下一站点。然后，我下一站点定位为从起始点的 0.2 km。跑了0.2 km，耗了总共

different gasket sizes for < $2 at walmart. or just buy a new pipe for ~$5.
your can also go to walmart buy the " plumer's putty" for around $2. it's
dough like stuff. make a small ring to fill the inside of nut. then tight
the nut over the faucet inlet.

It took me an hour just to dismantle the old faucet. My kitchen sink has
garbage disposal and numerous water pipes which makes it almost impossible
to
use a regular wrench, not enough space to use a basin wrench.
The old Moven faucet is install in away that you can only remove the nut
from
below the sink using a customized socket tool from Moven.
Unfortunately, the stupid socket tool for my new Moven sink does not fit the

今天刚看了医生，做了皮试，医生说我儿子过敏很严重，现在5岁半。
还有其他几种nuts有轻微过敏。
但是儿子比较喜欢吃腰果，有时吃的蛮多的，也没觉得他不舒服。
医生建议所有nuts都不能吃。
我想如果他对腰果能接受，能不能就一直给他吃，也算一种nut，会不会起到点类似以
毒攻毒的效果。会不会以后慢慢地对花生也能接受。
主要做家长的，确实是怕小孩在自己看不到的时候有意外发生，甚至以后长大了，误食
，又没人在的情况下，发生意外。总是希望能好起来。

个鸡蛋）
早上snack （选1-2种，不超过30g carb就行）： 1/4cup 混合nuts， 两个string
cheese bar， 一个苹果，一盒greek yogort，一个橙子，一根黄瓜，一cup小胡萝卜，
4-6片high fiber 的饼干 等等。
午餐：学校里面的chicken salad sandwich 半个： 我买一个，只吃半个，另外半个可
以作为下午的snack，也可以吃其他snack，这半个就给LG吃。
下午snack：一般早上snack吃了酸奶啥的，下午就吃水果，或者相反，或者补充一些牛
肉干和nuts。我的营养师建议一天最多吃1/4 cup的nuts。
晚餐：一口米饭（不到半个拳头大小），各种炒菜任吃（中国家常菜少盐，没有含太多
碳水化合物）。
晚上snack：不太甜的水果，有时候会吃一两口冰淇淋，或者牛肉干等，如果晚饭太保
，睡前不饿可能会不吃。
每顿之间相隔2-2.5 小时。

有一次他家请客，一个朋友不知道带了点花生糕还是什么的。拿进门放桌上，他女儿经
过闻到了一下就过敏了。前两年回中国玩，那时候已经十几岁了。在餐厅吃饭的时候我
朋友跟厨师反复交待不能加任何nuts,不能用花生油。厨师也很认真地没有加，而且锅
也尽量洗得很干净了，但是因为锅实在是用得很久了，可能一些花生油残渣洗不掉，他

东西。
至于宗教禁忌，不是医疗问题，你不吃就不吃，不能要求别人不吃。
还有到了小学，这样的孩子已经知道自己的情况，不会乱吃人家的东西，所以一般不要
求全校nut free（也不现实）。但是在K的时候还是要求全班nut free。
一般好的幼儿园才能handle这种孩子，你综合评价一下现在的幼儿园。我孩子在的那个
是大学附属，一个班上有一半有饮食禁忌。 |

白。我有个朋友的娃娃就是体寒的，一个冬天做到保暖和吃nuts变体热了。你试试。体
寒肯定不能吃冰水，体热就不怕拉。所以也不要怪ld，你自己做到尽量少给就好，咱就
每天带上温水出门有自己的杯子，ld也不能反对了吧。很能吃的娃脾都不会好，脾是主
运化的，就是把营养给利用的意思。吃太多营养过多脾会太累而受伤，所以孩子脾受伤
了就没法很好的吸收营养。没别的，精心给娃做饭吧，吃点健脾的容易消化的食物。多

我的理由是，对大部分普通娃，“concerns for others and common good”
首先是 good membership / citizenship。。。而 good membership /
citizenship 的意思，首先是在一个 team 里面，不要做 quitter 也不要
做 nuts。。。但这个不要做 quitter 也不要做 nuts，对普通娃也是要
学习的，我娃跑 4x100 接力 county 入围赛的前两天，我检查她鞋子的
时候发现她每只鞋子掉了 3 到 4 个钉子不算，剩下的钉子里一半是 1/4
inch 的新钉子（估计是找朋友要的），另一半是秃头成 1/8 inch 的
（估计是好奇心跑了一圈水泥地）。。。我都不希得说她了，我就跟她说
你这 4x100 你如果慢上 1 秒的话，那其他三位是不是该跑世界冠军了。
或者你干脆在塑胶跑道（入围赛是塑胶道）上摔一跤，你后面那位直接一
屁股坐地上就完事了。。。虽说这是我娃搞出来的破事儿，但我也不能让
