后来我一同事跟我说过，in'n'out有profit sharing的，做的越好赚钱越多，如果混到
哪家店的manager，收入是相当高的

贷款代理说因为数额不高（整个房价估计在25、26万左右，抛掉现有贷款的mortgage，
估计能cash out 14－15万吧），所以很难做no cost的cash out refinance。
这个是这样的吗？
贷款利率是4%，大概差不多是现在的行情？

灶台是GE的玻璃smooth的，上周一个眼nob那里进水，短路了，当时板子下面闪着火化
，接着就冒黑烟了，然后只要开那个眼就如此。
今天，warranty的人来修，检查了一下说要pull out，但是拆的过程当中发现一侧的1/
3不到的地方被前屋主用了super glue，粘得死死的，加上台面是大理石的，他说没办
法，只能砸掉，换新的，因为硬取也会损坏台面。
中间我提议他能否从下面拆开修，因为我家的这个台面地下就是柜子，不是烤箱的那种
，他说不行。
付了钱以后他说会report给warranty公司，但是他们不大可能换新的，只能我自己出钱
买新的，他们过来装，因为这个台面不accessible 不是他的责任。
我有些不懂，难道这种灶台就一定要pull out修么？从底下修不行吗？？？

择：
Home Equity Line of Credit：
1. 在现有的房子上申请的第二贷款，做完之后您有两个贷款，一个是原来的第一贷
款， 利率和月供都不变， 另外加了一个第二贷款---HELOC。
2. HELOC为循环信用，还回去的本金在需要时可以再拿出来用，基本跟信用卡的信用额
度是一个使用方法 。HELOC的好处是，你如果不用它，你没有成本，比方说你开了个
600K的line，但是不从里面借钱出来，只放0 balance，那么你的利息就是0，也就是没
有cost.
3.HELOC可能会有early termination fee和annual fee
Cash Out Refinance：
1. 就是申请新贷款付清现有的贷款，多余的钱进你的口袋,可用来付首付或其他用途,
做完之后您还是只有一个贷款在这个房子上，以后按照新贷款的Rate和Term付款。

zone中man，man中zone什么什么的乱七八糟一大堆可以confuse 对方的进攻。all-out
blitz 一场球也不能用太多，一是赌博多了总有失手，二是体力消耗太大。Jets 在胖
子指挥下all-out blitz用的多是没办法，因为没有front line 的 pass rush。
说到cover2这种消极bend not break的防守阵式，要赢靠的是talent。战术计划无非是
front line 边上冲中间坐，两safety大踏步往后撤。。。炖鸡对付任何队都这样，千
年不变。但要遇上对方有强大的 O line，再有个不错的RB，对方进攻可以dinking and
dunking you to death。。。就算不得分，等到下半场防守体力不支，mistackle
left and right。。。这球就输定了。我认为这是炖鸡在playoff战绩不佳的一个主要
原因。

简单的四二法则,on the flop,你的winning probability大约是number of outs乘以4,
on the turn, 则是number of outs乘以2,这样可以粗略计算获胜的概率
例如on the flop, 如果有flush draw and str8 draw, 15个outs,粗略算你有60%
chance of winning with two cards coming (精确的是54%), 知道是favorite to win
the hand 就可以了 |

接二连三的悬疑暴力，忍不住上imdb看synopsis，对后面的凶杀做好心理准备才敢看下
去……上一次看到一半去看synopsis的是老版Blade Runner……
《Get Out》故事奇巧，悬念、摄影、音乐都配合完美，是个精彩的恐怖片。不过剧情
其实有点别扭。男主之前的所有被做手术的黑人，都是取其强健体魄。这符合白人的生
命永恒需求，因为白人的头脑是这些强健体魄的主宰。而男主未完成的最后一个手术，
是取其大脑。将得到永恒生命的是男主，不是白人。应该被催眠的不是男主，而是白人
，因为不再需要的是白人的大脑。而白人显然不是要完全放弃自己的大脑，只是想要男
主大脑中控制艺术感觉的部分。所以这个手术和之前的手术完全不是一个类型的，而是
更上一层楼，是两个大脑的不同部分的嫁接……这是剧情无法自圆其说的一大破绽。
除了这个主要破绽，故事结尾男主的连环杀人部分是不是太过凶残了点？男主当然是出
于无奈和自卫，编剧也想尽量弄成各种巧合。但用鹿角、水果刀等日常用品准确利落地
