outspending) 比较大有关。银行 covenant ratio对它要求是不大于4X 对公司目前的
状况来讲是一个挑战。像它的peer CLR就好不少，balance sheet 比较强，asset
quality也好些。OAS和WLL有相似的问题，但是能比WLL情况稍微强些。WLL主要是去年
被KOG deal坑了。买在高点上 有借了一大笔债 然后油就崩盘了。觉得如果WLL不能卖
掉midstream assets，可能今年某个时候还要在股市增发。
2）gas/NGL的问题是Marcellus长期产能过剩。天气和季节性的因素比较强。在需求方
面找不到新增长点。加上特别是煤价很低（coal to gas switch)，油价一时不能回到
高点（LNG本来可以作为新的需求增长点，油价已跌又悲剧了）之类的因素，还有这些
新的nat-gas based 需求 对前期投资要求很大，投资回报周期太长。近期就是马上进

win on court. The whole deal is to bring American's attention to the lack of
protection on Chinese immigrants from hate/xenophobic speeches. Jimmy and
ABC can outspend Chinese community and lawyer up far better, but I bet they'
re not enjoying the lawsuit and I'm certain Jimmy isn't receiving any bonus
for the particular Kid's Table segment.
