上一篇笔者的拙文《特朗普赢并非美式民主的胜利》，详细分析了美国总统大选结果背
后所折射的美国政治制度特点。
本文将围绕特朗普政府成员组成及动向进行分析，相信这有助于大家了解其政策，尤其
是其对华政策。对中国来说，两个问题至关重要：
• 特朗普政府成员中有极端反华势力；
• 美国经济界的新自由主义势力已被特朗普边缘化，然而荒谬的是：中国的
一些圈子，支持新自由主义的势力仍然存在。
我将首先分析特朗普周围的社会势力，然后论述这些势力对中国的影响。
特朗普胜选受益于美国政治制度非民主的特点

据报道，蔡崇信已经和NBA布鲁克林篮网队老板、俄罗斯人普罗霍罗夫（Mikhail
Prokhorov）达成协议，收购篮网队49%的股权。根据此前的NBA球队估值，目前篮网队
的估值约在23亿美元左右，这也意味着此次蔡崇信的收购价格将超过10亿美元。
对此，阿里巴巴很快给予回应：阿里巴巴集团执行副主席蔡崇信确认以个人出资购买篮
网队49%的股份。
篮网队全名为“布鲁克林篮网队”，由新泽西篮网队发展而来，目前以美国纽约市布鲁
克林区为基地。2010年5月，俄罗斯商人米哈伊尔·普罗霍罗夫以2亿美元正式收购了篮
网队。腾讯科技消息称，在蔡崇信个人投资之后，篮网队现有股东将继续负责球队的日
常运营。

比分拿下。
PAC被低估的意思是比如有人说PAC何德何能有6个队进了tournament。类似的回复在板
上也经常可以看到。
如果真要比，就让PAC和BIG或者SEC按排名来个challenge，最后看哪个联盟赢得多。既
然这个不可能发生，那就退一步看Elite 8里各联盟各有几支队剩下。所以Zona的比赛

发帖数: 5958 | 28 我不知道vapnik当初搞SVM是怎么搞出来的。但是我上学时教授教的顺序是先PAC，然后
VC dimension，然后再SVM，所有这些都在PAC的框架上做的。我不是说Vapnik不牛，他
从贡献上来说早就够诺贝尔奖了。但是这个Valiant即使不如Vapnik，差的也不大。
(看了 BudFox的回帖再补充一下，PAC和SVM可能没关系。话说我上的那门课是Robert
Schapire教的，所以SVM就被PAC给统一了。)
再说statistical learning theory。这东西现在这么火主要就是出了个SVM。别的理论
也不是没有，只是因为没有像SVM这么好用的，所以就都被比下去了。这么多learning方
法，SVM胜出了，30%是理论好，30%是时代背景，还有30%是运气。十年前neural
network多火？现在还有多少人用？
再说时代背景。很难说50年后是什么状态，但我比较倾向认为10年后SVM就会让位于K-N
N。什么算法最流行，很大程度上决定于当时的计算机性能和数据规模的。一旦SVM退出

年变桑田。从中遇到各种选择，在记忆完全褪去之前，记之以为留念。

一家校内牛逼教授开的做控制系统的公司，号称要上市，寝室内好多兄弟都投了，通知
面试的有2个，我之前未投但跟着去看热闹。HR美眉不让进，好说歹说排到个最后面试
的机会。造化弄人，两天后同去的两位都被拒了，要了我。嫌待遇低，依稀记得两千五
六，未从，推荐舍友。美眉电话舍友，不想又被舍友据之...此公后来实在卖不掉，从
了个一千多的OFFER，此为后话。
第二家面的民企 做重金属化工，地址在老家，待遇尚可。群面后通知我说老板想单独
面谈。此君瘸腿 独眼 怎么看怎么象黑社会老大。第一句话学过计算机？答双学位，学
位证有国务院钢印。第二句话 晚上能熬夜么？答网吧通宵过一个月。老大大喜，曰这

这是法国数学家马兰·梅森在1644年提出的，是指可表达为2n-1形式的素数，最小的一
个是3，然后是7、31、127……关于梅森素数是否有无穷多个、如何分布，一直都是数
学史上的超级谜题。
在此之前，人们总共发现了49个梅森素数，而从1997年至今，所有新的梅森素数都是由
互联网梅森素数大搜索(GIMPS)分布式计算项目发现的，此前已陆续发现15个。
经过确认，2017年12月26日，美国田纳西州的51岁联邦快递员、曾经干过电气工程师的
Jonathan Pac发现了第50个梅森素数，数值为277232917-1，也就是2的77232917次方减
1。
它是一个23249425位数，比2016年1月份发现的第49个梅森素数多了接近100万位，可以
写满9000页纸，1秒钟写1英寸(2.54厘米)长也要连写54天，整个数字长达37英里(59.5
公里)，比第49个长了3英里(4.8公里)。

昨天早上4时58分，朝鲜从平壤发射了一枚中远程弹道导弹。导弹在飞行14分钟后落入
大海，不过与以往朝鲜弹道导弹进行高弹道短距离试验飞行不同，此次的弹道直接越过
了日本北海道大道半岛上空，落点则在北海道襟裳岬以东1180公里的太平洋海域。这是
历史上第一次，朝鲜发射的实用型弹道导弹飞越日本上空。
对于朝鲜试射中远程弹道导弹，日本向来是周边国家中最紧张的一个。对于韩国来说，
朝鲜仿制的飞毛腿射程就足以覆盖全境，这些大导弹都不是冲他去的（比起整天“东风
41针对台湾”“中国航母针对台湾”的宝岛媒体，韩国的表现还是对得起“宇宙大国”
的称号）；对于美国来说，只有射程最远的那个才是针对他们的，其他那些也都一概不
