别是
50.6M(96%), 126.1M(62%), 256.2M(70%), 182.2M(99.98%)
首先从资金来源看，cruz虽然号称不是体制派，但是收了不少大财团的钱，比例上比明
显的体制派女克还要高。而Trump和Sanders两个人是真的基本不收财团的资助。
目前来看，Trump在primary中并没有因为不收super pacs的钱而有太大的副作用。但是
他的总资金额十分有限，比任何的竞选对手都少。怀疑他可能也不想收或者收不到小选
民的资助（当然如果收不到的话，应该跟他一直宣传他不需要donation有关），因而是
在完全用自己的钱。这种情况如果持续，GE的时候钱够吗？如果他钱不够用，必须求助
共和党给党费，这个时候算不算用了Super PACs的钱？这样做的话会不会影响自己在选
民中的形象？
反观其他对手，都不会有类似的问题，cruz和clinton都已经用了super pacs的钱，所

何行动。派瑞兹表示，根据目前的情况，他认为SCA5既不会在众议会投票中通过，也不
会对某些族裔入学率降低作出改善。并将该提案送回至参议院。由于前些日子里加州参
议员变动，导致民主党失去了2/3多数。因此SCA5将无法再次通过加州参议院表决。（
SCA5是宪法修正案，需要加州参议院2/3多数通过才能进入众议院）

反SCA 5使更多华人意识到参政议政的重要性，落到实处则是如何在今年的选举中
，让华人用选票参与到美国政治生活中来。为了提高华人投票率，The Orange Club 决
定近期工作重点为发动华裔选民硧跃投票。
4月15日我们得知尔湾 Lakeview 老人中心(Irvine Lakeview Senior Center)将有
华人老人家的月聚， The Orange Club 立即联络得到许可，晚上招募义工的信就登上
了微信群，几小时内便达到预想的十人名额。接下来的准备工作紧锣密鼓，去选举办领
取中文选票，回来开始琢磨如何填写有效选票。说来有趣，义工中的妈妈们大多是第一
次，就是参加过投票的也是先生代劳。如今要搞清楚各个填项还去帮别人，还真是个挑

看看现在给娃们搞生日趴对，学美国人家长，哪一次不是几百元？搞活动。是不是可以
号召，POT LOCK，节检过生日趴，节目也不要搞了，每年省下的钱，给PAC。比给娃搞
生日趴有意义多。
上次我朋友向我说，他儿子过生日收到10份类同的LEGO，不知如何处里。我家娃搞生日
，也是收到许多我不想要的礼物，放在家里没办法。以后，每次送礼也不要了，还礼也

公元2014年3月17日，洛杉矶，加州众议会议长派瑞兹(John Perez)宣布，宣布，在
SCA5提案撰写人赫南德兹（Ed Hernandez）的要求下，加州众议会将不会对SCA5采取任
何行动。派瑞兹表示，根据目前的情况，他认为SCA5既不会在众议会投票中通过，也不
会对某些族裔入学率降低作出改善。并将该提案送回至参议院。由于前些日子里加州参

far as I know, that's a better winning percentage than USC's 17-10
against SEC teams.

historically, while Pac-10 got 2, how about this?
don't get me wrong, USC is one of the best team in the history,
it is arguably on par or maybe even better than Alabama. This being
