新铁锅简单season过，炒菜后没马上洗, 生锈了。于是把锈磨掉，又season一次，
这次用的是锅子店的方法，百分之百的照着视频一步一步的做，锅里锅外全部都season到
，这下再也不会生锈了。几年来我一直都想有个中式烹调爆炒的season好了的薄铁锅，终
于如愿以偿。
切记刚season好的锅不可炒酸的食材，比如番茄，放醋的菜等，也不要用来煮汤。
至少用过五十几次，等锅里的patina（黑色的防粘层）逐渐形成后再炒酸的食材或煮汤也
不迟。在patina形成前酸性食物很容易让锅生锈。 |

和那个Rh的比， 差得还真是太多了。
外表材料‘leatherette’， 就压根不是真皮。说wood legs， 但没说是不是硬木，更
没说frame是不是木头，是不是特别干燥加工的硬木， - 而frame是沙发最重要的部分
。另外也没提是不是有钢筋托和弹簧， 以及垫子里面是什么填充物。

stainless steel保温不是问题，三层复合的，足够重，也足够hold热。
要是你心仪Staub, 就不用考虑了，反正迟早要买一个，不然不甘心。
