minimum payment需要另外从银行付吗？

due date之前，但是我的minimum还是没变，依然是statement时候的$35。
也就是说，我主贴里假设的极端情况的话，可能至少得把minimum从银行checking里付
了。然后期望其他refund能被当作除了minimum部分的payment（也就是说不导致收利息
），最后下一个statement会变成负balance（等于-minimum）。

对那个payment的方式从master改到visa后，那一个单一的payment的费率升到了2.5%，
不过我用了free dollar 所以最终fee 是 0 （第三行）
但是剩余的两个还未发生的payment还是按照之前schedule的1.75% fee, （第一行第二
行）
现在最新的一个已经charge过了，确实还是1.75% （第二行）

split payment。第一张卡chase payr $300后，用其他的卡chase pay总不行 “

现在我的问题是，我是不是去年的时候必须要向IL make estimated payment，否则会
有罚款？我现在该怎么做呢？
当时完全不知道有estimated payment这么个事情，只是觉得等报税时候算好了，在WA
实习的收入也是会给IL交税的，欠多少税到时会交清。
TurboTax里面说是一般大家都不会主动计算自己的罚款，都是让州里计算好了发来罚款
账单（增加他们的负担，说不好能躲过去？）

online开dispute。 由于是personal payment，没法开item not received, 只好硬着
头皮开了unauthorized payment。只要能开dispute，payment就能马上被hold住，骗子
就不能withdraw了。24小时后，收到paypal来信，说we've decided in your favor。

pay 成功了 （后来发现是用了另外一个账号，personal payment。 这怪自己没经验，
没仔细看）。货发出去了，buyer就charge back。一收到charge back，马上file 了
tracking info，而且还是国内的，心想应该没问题。谁知现在paypal 判我输，说
personal payment 不受 seller protection plan，不但钱没了，还罚了20刀。
请问这种情况有啥补救措施 |

大部分买家卖家都知道BOA transfer有一定数额限制
付钱给别人的话1k per day（任意的24h之内）,
2.5k per week（任意的7天之内）的限制
不仅如此，收钱方也有限制，大概是两三天之内只能收2-3k的payment,
到了这个限额之后，别人想transfer钱都进不来。
这些限制其实是专门给online payment的。
以下教大家如何转大额payment：
需要你到BOA的柜台，带上对方的BOA账号及full name, full address （这些信息必须
，不能只有last name和zip)
告诉BOA的工作人员，说你要从你的BOA帐户里面付多少多少钱到这个BOA账户里面
工作人员就会从你的账户里面把钱提出来，直接存入对方账户，
如果你没有BOA账户（没试过，但应该行的），或者BOA账户里面没有足够的钱，
那么你就得带上这笔数额的现金，
请记住是cash，不是写着对方名字的你的支票，
然后告诉工作人员你要把这些cash存入到对方的BOA账户里面
用这种方法没有付款限额，收钱方及付钱方都没有任何手续费。
