direct cost里换来换去他们倒是很少多嘴，当然每个 agency 有自己的规定，就像楼
上pll (娃娃鱼)讲的，Personnel and OTPS (other than personnel service) 间浮动
有规定范围。
我认识一位这样省钱：就是跟 agency要 full package postdoc (salary + max
fringe ~ 40%) 然后切割成几块招了三个 part-time student programmer，不用付
fringe。三个臭皮匠，顶个诸葛亮，最后项目也没耽搁。但即便这样学校的indirect
cost还是一个子没少。 |
