大多数EB3I烙印可能不符合EB2I学位的硬性条件, 但是3年的杂交本科申请EB1C够用了.
不知道EB1里面A,B,C有没有quota限制，这样下去，EB1也会排期了.
隔壁老中的talent在不久的将来也要常常EB2排气的滋味了...

Neither Kellog III nor whoever is ready. This season might still be a 9 win

was Shanahan's idea -- i assumed a coach with his statue also has a lot of
say in personnel (de facto GM like Belichick). I thought the story was that
Shanahan gambled the team's future on RG3 to save his own job.
So now RG3 is not his pick after all? Cousins was his guy?
Redskins are doomed for a few years. aside from talent/picks, all their
personnel is based on Shanahan's system.

The theory here is that no matter the formation, there is an outside
receiver, an inside receiver, and a middle receiver, and each will be
responsible for running his designated route. For the quarterback, this
means the play can be run repeatedly, from different formations and with
different personnel, all while his read stays effectively the same. Once
