古学家Godfrey Higgins (1772-1833)、自学成才的英国诗人Gerald Massey (1828-
1907) 和哥伦比亚大学的神学博士Alvin Boyd Kuhn (1880-1963)。Massey在他的著作
The Natural Genesis中对于Horus与耶稣的神话作了系统的比较，并且说服了Kuhn，使
他相信耶稣的事迹是从埃及神话中演变而来的次级衍生物。到了二十世纪，在多伦多大
学和牛津大学受教育的加拿大神学家Tom Harpur (1929-) 又写出The Pagan Christ (
异教徒耶稣) 一书，进一步发挥了前人的研究成果。
上述假说在网络上遭到美国基督教原教旨主义者和其它宗教卫道士们破口大骂，许
多人更是抓住Massey缺乏正规考古教育一点大作文章。虽然近来某些支持者的说法有夸

二战中，美英为中国牵制日本，同意了民国政府一直争取的有关取消领事裁判权的请求
，1943年1月11日，中美签订《关于取消美国在华治外法权及其有关特权条约与换文》
，所谓“领事裁判权”自此废除，就是说：“任何外国人在中国犯罪，应该在中国法庭
受审，按中国法律治罪。”
但事实上，这种治外法权依然在当时的社会中实质存在，只是适用的群体没有像过去一
样那么普遍，而涉及到外国人的判决，往往也需要看该国政府的眼色。
以民国政府同年十月一日与美国签订的《处理在华美军人员刑事案件条例》为例，其中
明确规定：“对于美军人员在中国境内所犯之刑事案件，归美军事法庭及军事当局裁判
”。
从二十世纪四十年代中期民国政府争取废除领事裁判权，直到1949年中华人民共和国成
立的数年间，中国社会进入了一个“后治外法权时代”。何为后治外法权时代呢？即领
事裁判权虽然从名义上已经废除，但是因为国力衰弱，洋人欺压国人却依然逍遥法外的
案例依然广泛存在，其中1946年发生的沈崇案以及1948年发生的景明大楼案就是两例引
起当时社会巨大反响的典型。
