1。 我们设计了CAS9-gRNA plasmid (C) & Podicin promotor-GFP plasmid (P) using
lipo-fectamine 2000 co-transfection into podocyte. Podicin is only
specifically and weakly expressed in podocyte.当然，我们也加了neomycin选择.
按照设计思想，只有Podicin promotor-GFP 正确编辑插入，才可以看见绿色。我们确
实可以看见微弱绿色荧光。基本吻合设计思路。
2。然后我把 NgAgo&gDNA & (P) using co-transfection into podocyte.
我们也可以看见微弱的绿色。
请问， 下一步应该怎么验证？请详细说明。不要乱喷。我是做实验。
