根据《青年海外高层次人才引进工作细则》的规定，“青年千人计划”平台部门组
织实施了第五批“青年千人计划”申报评审工作。经初审、通信评审、面试评审，共
398名人选通过评审，现予公示，公示期7天。对人选的资格条件等如有异议，请于2013
年11月13日之前将有关意见发至海外高层次人才引进工作专项办公室邮箱（

20 english papers: 10 first author, no citation so far. Very new papers.
5 chinese papers: 2 first author,8 citations. 1 fourth author, 12 citations.
review 30 in good journals and conferences.
several small awards.
Do I have any chance to apply for EB1A. Any suggestion to improve the
citations. |
