看了一些关于nash bargaining的书，好像nash bargaining solution就是求

这里面的(u1-c1)(u2-c2)就是Nash product。但是我还是不知道这个Nash product的来
龙去脉是什么？好像一般的书上也没说。 怎么理解这个Nash product呢？还有它为什
么是写成这个product的形式，而不是和的形式，或其他形式呢？ |

data scientist：要求会machine learning, stats, coding, 侧重engineer，类似于

背景：5年development经验，现在有个Product Engineer的职位，这个职位跟director
一起做，做好了坏了visibility都很高，犹豫该不该take。
主要是对自己的people skill不是很有信心（性格关系，和语言关系不是很大。不善与
人打交道，直来直去，忽悠就更不用想了）。担心做不好到时给个PIP就得走人，但是
放弃了programming，以后估计就不可能再回头作技术了。Product Engineer是不是不
如developer好找工作？看这次公司裁员也是先从非development下手，很是担心走出这
一步，万一做不好被裁找下家不容易。编程尽管是苦力而且自己编程能力也一般，但是
努力点的话总归还能有碗饭吃。

制造了多少产品，完成了多少上级指定的任务，卖了多少东西赚了多少钱。而科研和这
些有着本质的不同。一个科学家一生有一个重大突破，比著作等身却都是修修补补的工
作的贡献要大得多。比如发明PCR的那位，一辈子就那一锤子，他人也是非常不符合科
学家传统形象的贪玩好色之徒。但他的那一锤子贡献，胜过绝大多数教授们兢兢业业一
辈子的贡献不知道多少倍。这就是天才或者创造力的威力。
而现今的各国的政府都不明白这个道理，它们只知道，给钱了就要很快看到结果，这样
才有政绩，才好向纳税人交代。最终科研成了产业，学校成了超市，PI成了租用摊位的
小业主，千老成了伙计。这种氛围下，必然每一级对上一级负责交账，每一级对下一级
压迫要结果。“productivity”就应运而被使用在科研评价上了。结果是每个人都各显
神通提高productivity。只在写作时忽悠的已经算厚道了，多少选择选择性呈现结果甚
至造假的，在职业生涯生死存亡之际必然出现。老板压迫千老必须出“好”结果，千老
