有两个房间，在一个house里面，share卫生间和厨房。

一个房间7月底available，$800（面积要大）

I think the 401K is not that bad,
Putnam Stable Value Fund 50 is a good stable value fund,
Ivy Asset Strategy Y class is a nice entry to this fund w/o a load.

equity funds 到你能够承受的风险，我个人觉得股市年底前会很动荡，建议先存在
Stable Value Fund，股市走低时逐渐转进。不建议买Bond fund， FED QE 导致价值
严重扭曲。
T. Rowe Price Retirement 2045 Trust 也不错，但expense比较高。
既然有Vanguard Institutional class，不如自己组合。
