现了一个问题，这个房子public record原来是raised ranch,list info 是colonial,
我们今天看房子的时候还问我们的agent,这个究竟是是不是raised ranch,因为很怀疑
，首先有一侧的墙在地下，二楼master bedroom有直接楼贴走下来，非常怀疑这个是个
raised ranch, agent说话很含糊，现在已经忘记他说了什么，提到了几个房型的定义
，就是进门就是一楼云云。。所以这个房子没有basement,因为其实我们进去的就是
basement, 房子里面都装修的很好，差点被疑惑了，现在很犹豫，对这个房子不好定价
，觉得如果是raised ranch改造成的colonial是不是还是不如colonial值钱啊？怕买贵
了。zillow上一个月前估价90w,现在估价96w,我们本来想给96w的，但是现在觉得是不
是还是给贵了？毕竟这个房子一侧的墙还是在地下的，而且extension会影响房子的牢

因为他们和卖家的协议也是100天，卖家都是要留信用卡或者其他funding method给
raise的，如果100天之内买家那边出了问题，raise会补偿买家损失，然后再通过记录
的funding method, 从卖家那边把这损失补回。超过100天，raise就不能再去卖家那拿
钱了，自然也不可能给你补偿。
只能认栽。一定100内用完。我已经不搞二手GC了，以前搞的时候如果意外一个月没花
出去，就会准备拿回raise再卖掉。 |

听说raise上的卡都是别人卖出来的，所以有零头。我应该提供给他们raise买的信
息呢，还是直接找raise？没想到他家买卡这样……还有macys也挺那个什么的，如果是

it has nothing to do with blinds or Nx (although 2x in this case would give
you the same right amount).
the minimum raise amount should be $10 or more, so it's 10+10 = $20.
for raising, it all depends on previous bets/raises, for example:
if one opens the pot (the first bettor) for $10 (has to be equal or bigger
than BB, here is $2), then the next guy who wants to raise would put $X in (
X > $10-0) here, let's say he puts in $25 (just for discussion purpose). so |

In actual play, I did fold it. I fold it based on villian's playing style
and his turn raise range. He could raise with full house or higher flush
for value which I was drawing dead against. He showed me QQ, with Q of

且以前也提到过colonial贵，刚才网上读了一些文章，确实raised ranch楼层低，特别
是车库，我们今天看房子太急了，没在意，这个房子的好处就是离火车站还算近，所以
特想买，但是实在不想卖砸了，前owner只花了四十万不到，现在要价110万，估计90w
以下拿不下来，我们看了一些split的基本都是8/90万的样子，colonial上90万没话说
，而且现在对agent有点不满，一直否认是ranch,直到我看到网上的record他才去给我
看了taxcard，而且到现在都不愿意告诉我们他们公司给这个房子的estimate,说必须要
明白有别的bidder就不要在意这个房子值多少钱，但是我其实还是很在意他们公司软件
算出来的价格，上次看过一次另外一个房子的价格，发现现在市场价确实比估计出来的
要高很多，不过还是看房子的，上次来网上问的那个raised ranch要价90万，公司软件
算出来在7/80万的样子，赛。。 |

几天，收到邮件说my seller account has been debited because buyer reported,
reason is closed by brand. 我也查了下balance, 现在为0了。
我这边是确实没用过，打电话去客服说case under investigation。最后估计是不是第
三方盗刷损失都是卖家这边承担，raise感觉自己赚皮条钱不担当任何风险哈。
不再搞GC了，闹心啊，也不敢再到raise上卖了。 |

quarter point on Wednesday and signaled a faster pace of increases in 2017
as the Trump administration takes over with promises to boost growth through

共和党内部对raise也不是很看好，感觉很难统一，我一方面觉得daca对eb不公平，但
是也非常排斥raise，如果按照raise现行对eb的态度，好多人一辈子都拿不到绿卡 例
如我这样的就在边缘。 |

When it comes, just be happy and keep it,
If it does not, should not be a big deal.
Rather you should concern your performance, if most people get 3% and you
do not get the raise.
So ask the HR when the raise will reflect in the paycheck.
If you do not get it then, talk to your manager immediately.
I am pretty sure you will get it though.
