小弟和老板2个月前投了一篇计算机会议的文章，现在进入rebuttal period，收到了3
个reviewers的reviews（都是匿名的，没有打分），需要在72小时内给予不超过500字
的回复，做最后一驳。。。
我看到3个reviews的时候感觉基本没戏了，可老板觉得还行。他说第一个人认为
positive；第二个人比较positive；第三个人（以下简称R3）显然negative，很可能会
为了reject我们而argue。
他们大部分的评论都是边边角角的小细节，我都能回复。只是关于related work的，我
得承认我犯了个错误，有一类文章，本来引述了的，为了省空间，后来把citer给删掉
了。（这类文章我比老板懂，所以他没看出来漏掉了，这是我的责任。）
结果R3的某些评论是：

他不是lender-related.
但是为什么lender-related金额都差不多，但是non-lender related就差了很多？不是
说只要比较lender-related就可以了吗，但是我的closing cost的差别大部分是non-
lender-related造成的。

pre-existing condition和related charge，那么如果真的stroke或者有什么突发情况
，到底怎么define这个related charge啊，人的健康情况当然都互相有关系，不要他们
cover高血压的药物费用，可是真的如果出现高血压引发的emergency，或者不确定是什
么引发的，保险公司大可以用related to pre-existing condition来堆得一干二净，
这不就等于白买了么。
我想问问有没有人claim过相关的事件，有哪些比较可靠的保险公司推荐。我是看了精
华区也quote了一些保险才来发问的，因为还是没看到比较可靠的例子，并且我很努力
地追问保险公司如果有高血压保不保stroke，他们都含混搪塞，比如“我们会根据情况
决定什么cover什么不cover”，这不废话么。

I have two content type definitions. One is called A and another is B. B is
relator relation of A. On the web page I first display content instance of
A, meanwhile my code calls linkbuilder.buildlink(request, vcmoid) to
generate the page URL for content of B. However when I click the URL link on
page A, it opens the XML of content instance of A in the web browser
