P_Holding[i,j] = 1 表示 process i 持有 resource j
如果process m需要update/read/write resource n
那么set p_require[m,n] = 1
然后开始check有没有形成一个环，
如果有，则不lock，并且reset p_require[m,n]=0，没有就可以lock。
大概可能是这样，但我这个只假设一个process只能hold/require一个resource,
如果能hold/require多个resources,那么就用其它的数据结构。

的pick不做投资建议，ymyd
所谓unconventional resources是指保存在页岩里的油气，常规油气从页岩成熟后小部
分会迁移到砂岩里，大部分仍留在页岩里，所以从储量上来讲，unconventional
resources里的储量应该更大。但问题是unconventional resources空隙度，连通性都
很差，打一口井下去就一小孔，商业价值不大。
所以需要找到所谓的sweet spot,是指在这里有较好的空隙度，连通性，通过水平钻井
，然后压裂就可以把里面的油气搞出来。如何找到sweet spot还是一个热门研究课题
这样的井特点就是产量下降很快，但是由于在陆上钻井成本低，储量大，很多公司都可
以实现赢利。由于这些新技术造就了一大批中小石油公司股价在短期内迅速攀升，比如
HK， ECA，DVN，FANG, SN, APC 等等。
这些新技术的另外一个后果就是天然气严重供大于求，有些公司不得不关井停产气，只

2009）我就算是resident alien. LD 持H1 来美国（2008年3月入境），今年也应该是
resident alien，没有小孩。
2008年初，我（J1）在学校填写的W4中:
item 3， human resources 让我填single，因为我当时是non-resident alien;
item 5, 填1;
item 6, 填NAR 和 $ 0;
item 7, 空白。
另外，在human resources填了8233。这样，2008年没有扣税。
现在的情况是，2009年human resources通知我就算是resident alien，不再帮助我填
写8233，并且每月都扣了联邦税、州税、MED、OASDI。跟human resources讨论了中美
treaty，我说我第三年（2009）的联邦税、州税是不应该扣的。但是，human
resources 说学校没有义务每月不扣我的联邦税和州税，说我只能在2010年要求退税。
