Not only the chief pilot should be grounded for life, the entire crew should
be grounded for life. 吉祥 should have their operating license suspended
until thorough retraining of their entire contingent of pilots.
Further, I think the pilot should be brought up on charge of reckless
endangerment, or Chinese equivalent, one count for each of the people on
board the plane that called Mayday. |

年的严密调查取证，官方认为造成事故的原因是，司机收到另一辆火车上的司机发来的
