款之类的。还有经手Purchase order，invoice之类的工作。进行一些revenue的
recognition。但是我感觉不是传统意义的月底结账，记录各种JE，还有进行
reimbursement等的会计工作。现在很矛盾，不知道应该接受offer，还是继续找下去。
请懂行的同学指导一下吧。 |

公司是个很不错的公司，但是职位好像并不是很正点的会计方向的职位。做的好像是偏
Sales/collection cycle的东东。不是传统的G/L. 公司用的是oracle 系统。想请问各
位了解的，请问在这个岗位干1，2年，还有可能跳到其他公司干G/L方向的活吗？也就
是大家说讲的monthly close，还有做Journal entry之类的会计工作，十分感谢。 |

so they don't give a damn about your accrual or deferral method of revenue
recognition. They use cash method so once you get paid from client, you
pay tax on it. As to the company, since it only recognizes tax expense
according to its current-period financial results, IRS' cash-method rule
won't really affect its operating results. The difference is what they call
deferred tax asset. The smoothing thing is thus irrelevant.

wanna follow GAAP. Having that said, no matter u defer or not, you can't
"avoid" paying your tax due at once. |

that... otherwise such a category may not exist.
There are lots of tax/valuation consultants that make a living out of helping
companies figure out just this sort of thing.

初步设想, 用最基本的logistic regression?
city group 两个值, 那就是0, 1
restaurant type 四个值, 那就是0001, 0010,0100,1000
date可以换算成个数值
主要问题:
1. 参数这么多,training size这么小,一般有啥办法解决overfitting?
R2之类的步骤就没必要了吧.
2. 37个numeric column咋弄比较好? 估计有部分column就是category的标识,数值大小

第一名说他根本没有进一步改进model，因为在public LB上他排名很差。
估计第二名的情况也一样。
仔细一看，

无数人overfitting啊。

在fiscal year的最后一天，卖软件的公司shipped software to the customer，给客
