是在比数字。
我的问题是对于不同规模的企业，这个requests per second大约是多少才符合要求阿？
基本数据
1 day = 24 * 3600 = 86,400 seconds
50 rps = 50 * 86,400 = 4,320,000 rpd （rps: requests per second, rpd: requests
per day）
peak rps 一般要是average rps的4倍
我google出来的数据
需求：
1. 2000年ups tracking system平均一天收到2,000,000个tracking requests,也就是25
rps.
2. 2001年Yahoo和AOL的请求数大概是75k rps 和 58k rps. 不过基本上没多少公司能有
这种规模。
一个professor的网页也就是每天几百个requests.

自己感觉太瘦了（身高176， 体重62～63KG左右）。 第一个月感觉效果不错，感觉涨
了大概5磅左右。 当时觉得很高兴很受鼓舞。 然而最近两周没怎么注意饮食，体重又
掉回64KG左右。后来想想不能太心急了。 增肌增重是个长期的过程。 只要坚持训练，
最终应该会有个不错的结果。。 现在说说训练。。我主要是练习5X5. 不过我自己把
deadlift 和 barbell row 去掉了。 因为感觉自己的form 不标准， 怕受伤。 所以主
要练习 squat， bench press, overhead. 感觉虽然体重没怎么增长，但是力量还是增
了一些。 下面是当前的数据，
1） squat 190 lbs （1 rps max 大概 220）
2） bench press 125 lbs ( 1 rps max 140)
3) overhead 85 pounds ( 1 rps max 105 )
ps: 这个1 rps max 是自己乱测的， 大概就是自己做完5X5 之后 再测一下。。

访问就到了50rps，那个破java chart不支了（不是java问题，那个家伙说如果要加java
cache需要1个月时间），然后我们弄了个最简单的.net binary cache，在一个400M HP
破机器上面测试，发现根本就没有rps limit，用单机hit，就是200rps，用了5个机器
总和到了9xx rps还能hold，反正哪个page就是每秒去原来的java page取jpg，然后用
内存binary cache来serve...反正很爽的结果。:D
很多复杂的动态网页都可以这么cache，一般来说rps特别多的页每秒更新一次也够了。 |

不过我的问题只是想知道如果要给企业做方案，比如

什么的，提供多少rps就够了。
因为如果需求小于20,30 rps的，而且target又不是bank这样
mission-critical的。
.Net和J2EE在开发效率上的优势就不是很明显了。scriptting language
+ Cluster 基本上就足以满足所有的需求。而且一般来说
开发效率要优于.Net和J2EE.尤其是J2EE. :)
比如说政府项目拉什么的，主要注意好安全，就怎么快怎么来了。:) |

某些fedex店或者你们city的fedex总部
其他的都是home delivery, home delivery就是原来的RPS，fedex买下后改的，home
delivery是跟USPS竞争的玩意，跟ground的区别时，价钱稍贵，但周6也投递。 |

1. shorten url是什么形式，多长，为什么，encode id to base 62?
2. 如何维护shorten url -> full url的mapping，id => full url?
3. 如何生成id? 会不会有collision, 如何解决
再说几点吧
1. 如何防止生成的url被scan，比如我知道某id=abc是合法的，然后试id-1 和id+1 不
应该被猜中
2. 如果要求随机猜N个url都未命中的概率大于99.99%，如何做到
3. 如果有人随机猜url 对你的系统有什么影响，如果你是persistant storage+cache
的架构 会有什么问题
4. 如何distribute到多机器 service和storage 都谈谈

放狗搜了下，好像apache和nginx都有参数来设置。但不知道具体如何实现
实现的时候可能首先要考虑，如果一个用户的请求超过了limits会如何？减慢响应,
block, or 直接丢弃？各种方案都有不同的办法吧？
