为什么要写这个条例，主要是因为根据sallie/qqj的事情，考虑到板主有任期可能
便于处理一些类似的问题。有了任期和智囊团对板主任期的考核，sallie长久不处
理板务可能早就通过竞选被替代。
有任期就必然要有竞选。至于由谁来决定板主人选，实际上不是重点，但是也是经
过考虑的。当然，对于大多数板来说，由网友投票可能更适合，但是这一步走得太
快，目前尚不可能。由智囊团来决定，不会比由站长决定更不合理。
新的条例加入的东西，其实质就是增加了对板主的一些限制，板主拥有绝对权力这
一点已经改变了。但是板主仍然是板内的负责人，比如板主要罢免板副，一般来说
智囊团是不应该干涉的，除非有明显证据表明此做法不公平（比如sallie/qqj这样
的）。增加必须由智囊团通过的规定，就是要板主这么做之前三思。 |

有一次带小臭在修车铺等着换机油，闲步出了门，过了马路，斜对面有个小小

中新网温州2月19日电 近日，网友爆料浙江省温州市瑞安飞云街道有一河流因为污染严
重，河水泛蓝，成了一条“蓝色多瑙河”。19日，记者联系到温州瑞安市环保局局长包
振明，他表示，河水是由于乳胶水泄漏而变蓝，现准备采用消防车将受污染河水抽运至
瑞安市污水处理厂进行生化处理。
近日，网友@sally谢在微博上爆料称，好好的河道被污染成这样，居然没人管！她自己
的日常生活受到严重的威胁跟影响，谁来为百姓说话？
在该微博的图片上，记者看到该河流已经全部变成天蓝色，近距离观察还能发现水中泛
着层状黑色的不明物质。
据悉，该河流位于温州瑞安飞云街道半河村附近。19日下午，网友@sally在微博上告诉
记者，自己是该村的村民，河水泛蓝已经有近一周的时间了，但一直都没人管。
对此，记者联系了瑞安市环保局办公室工作人员池仁富，他表示，这是一家名为温州润

自唐纳德·特朗普担任总统以来，他的心理健康状况便一直受到人们的严格审视。现在
已有28位民主党国会议员在一项于4月份提出的法案上签名，该法案一旦生效，便可对
他的健康状况进行正式评估。
该法案旨在启动第25修正案的一部分，授权国会建立一个机构来评估总统的执政能力。
该法案授权创建的委员会将包括11名成员，其中至少应有八名医生，含四名精神科医生
。如果该委员会的医生们发现特朗普不适合执政，副总统也表示同意，那么副总统将成
为代总统。因为第25修正案是为了解决暂时失能问题而提出的，它允许总统宣布自己已
经康复——那想必应该是特朗普第一时间会做的事——从而迫使国会就他是否适合任职
做出表决。

了。
如果想在sam's club也搞5%，就先用sallie mae去walmart买walmart gc（这就有5%）
，然后在sam's club花walmart gc |

1，chase united mileage plus explorer visa卡--这个可以换mileage，有club pass
，免费第一件行李托运，priority boarding，还有在ua柜台排队办各种手续优先。除
了加油和去超市和去costco我们家都刷这个卡。我们家所有往返国内的机票都是UA的。
2，sallie mae mastercard--这个加油和超市和amazon都是5%的cash back。
3，american express costco card--我们家只在costco购物和costco加油的时候刷这
个卡。
然后当然还有用于医疗的hsa卡和用于取钱的debit卡。
现在的情况是过几天costco就不收amex了，而收visa，而且还会自动发给我们一个citi
visa card。我的问题是
1，既然我们家有chase united visa card，那我是不是收到citi visa卡的时候直接把
citi的给cancel了？这个citi visa卡有留着的必要么？

咱们这中国超市以前不能用amex卡，于是sallie mae是主力，但是自从sallie mae神卡
被转成渣卡之后，中国店开始接受amex卡，5% obc就成主力了。
现在有Amex blue biz+之后，citi double cash更加用得少了。
要是论grocery消费2%，US Bank Cash+也能做到不含糊的2%，也没有cap。而citi
double cash的cashback是伪2%，实际只有1.9x%。
非category bonus消费有SPG和csr，如果有freedom unlimited，我也许会更多使用
freedom unlimited。

杂版。因为那个跟纯粹 GRE 逻辑（仅仅依赖于该文章上下文推论）是反过来走的。
或者说，Sally-Anne task 就是 Piaget 的 object-permanence task 的一步一步升级
版。依赖于人的 Intuition / Experience / Theory-of-Mind，而不是仅仅依赖于 GRE
逻辑（verbal reasoning）。
