BBT第4段，东起Kanan Dume R, 西至Yerba Buena Rd. 长度13英里，爬升在2500英尺左
右，全程大约需要7~9小时。由于天气转热，体力消耗增大。参加者需要有经常性的锻
炼（每周2，3次）。初次hiking者慎重报名。
起点：
1689 S Kanan Dume Rd / 34.076123,-118.815465
终点：
34.114087,-118.918226 （Yerba Buena Rd）
时间：
上午9：30在起点集合
注意：
1。周六天气转热，请按个人需要带水（3瓶水？），适当午餐。
2。由于traverse路线不封闭，需要shuttle接送，参加者请报名。
3。另需要一人9：00am在路线的终点等我，将我送至路线的起点。
Backbone Trail (BBT) 横贯santa monica山脉东西。西起Point Mugu, Jone miller
trail,东至Will Roger State Park. 全长65英里，由fire road, single trail 和两

发帖数: 6102 | 8 从kannan rd到sandstone trail head是我从未走过的一段。走过才知它大概也是santa
monica backbone trail中最长、最乏味的一段。
刚开始的一段林深水流，花香鸟语。走在林荫蹊径上，呼吸山林的气息感觉格外舒畅。
随着小路，慢慢地爬上山脊。
沿防火道的一段有些乏味
走呀走，人乏狗倦。daniel体重上升，体力严重下降。俺只好接过daniel的背包。
到达终点时，已经是下午6点30了。看看gps记录，全长16英里，耗时8个半小时！我们
这一行走得相当快了。

polyband 的
sanded ceramic tile caulking来grout。

过了好多天以后， 用手去压一压，还觉得有点soft， 不那么硬。自己觉得有点不对。
那东西干了以后， 应当很硬的。（其它的以前的grout 很硬的）。 难道要买袋装的，
自己加水mix 的那种？ 我不需要那么多呀。 只要一点点就够了。
大家有repair grout 的吗？ 用的是什么呀？ |

根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的
线路安排都是一整天，走马观花，在几个著名景点前拍照留念，到此一游。每年的黄石
公园线路总是最受欢迎的，今年8月份的线路提前一个月就定满了。西雅图出发5天大巴
团，比起飞到盐湖城、洛杉矶、拉斯维加斯来参团有利有弊。好处是省心，从家门口出
发，5天后返回，不需要经过飞行、接机送机的麻烦，费用低很多；缺点就是，坐车时
间长。好在沿途停留的景点不少。

州只要等十天，结果第一次申请被司法部以身份变动为名义拒绝，重新上诉了一次才通
过，好事多磨。。。
第一支枪还是选了个小口径，.22LR，打过mt.sandstone兄的.308，后座力大，对我等
新手来说不容易控制。考虑到小口径可以低成本多烧子弹练枪法，最后响应txcowboy兄
的号召上了个CZ452

上次在那first lead， lead了一个5.5 一个5.6的，觉得很难，当时觉得是不是因为自己
第一次lead的原因，结果那有个老头不停地freesolo地说，这个石头是非常slippery
他有朋友能5.10 free solo的来拜访他去那玩，free solo了一半，赶紧下来了，
说要belay，脚下滑，害怕，呵呵
我第一次去那的时候在唯一一个能他设top rope的地方tr了一个5.10A的路线，简直痛
苦死了
就是没手点没脚点。纯粹是peer pressure 被逼上去了否则晚上睡不着觉
我觉得那个地方挺适合练习friction climb的
你们那次本来说要带我去的malibu creek后来改成point dume，那个地方是完全另一种
石头
特别奇怪，长得很难看，全部overhang,非常大的pocket，对于练习overhang也不错
stoney point又都是vertical sandstone，又是另一种感觉，四处爬爬体验不同的石头
挺好 |
