我搭个shed也就几百刀。不过shed不住人，要求低，这个要住人，要求高点。3000刀也
就够了。
里面就不该有冰箱，放个cooler就够了。做饭弄个野外用的气炉子。屁大的地方，设施
凑活能用就好了。
空调和发电机是必备，不过也不贵。 |

我就没管它。前天劳工整理院子的时候忘关门了。我回家的时候看见一松鼠鬼鬼祟祟从
里面出来。我进去一看，鸟食撒了一地，瓜籽皮都没脚踝了。到也没觉得什么，反正我
也不喂鸟。让LG清了，把门关严。昨天起床时听见外面很吵，看见有５只松鼠趴在shed
上叫，一只还在晃门把，似乎想进去。我没在意，上班路上，我越想越觉得可怕，要是
他们把门啃了怎么办？LG建议干脆开开门让他们进去。赶紧达电话拜托邻居帮我开门。
晚上回家一看，都快哭S了，两个门边已经被他们咬得残缺不齐，残不任睹，咬下来的
木屑还在地上。估计要是我们没及时开门的话，他们誓要要出一个通道来。现在我门已
经把里面的东西都清干净了，可是不敢关门。问题是：松鼠看到里面没东西吃了，会不
会就不想进去了。过两天就可以关门？他们会不回在里面筑窝啊。还是我们应该喷点什
么东西？该怎么办啊？？！！ |

还堆着很多建筑工具和一个shed. 问了他很多次要他在border line种树，今天他拉来
了树，并且说我们应该考虑把他shed的那块地买下来。大概2000 sq feet. 我们自己的
lot很小，7200 sq feet, 所以很动心。他让我们出个价。
我查了我们房子的tax record. 在盖我们的房之前，7200 sf lot 的assessment 是$
45K. 除以STEB ratio, 得74K，market value. 以此推算2000 sf lot market value
is 20K.
不知我这末算对不对。还是这2k sf 反正也盖不了房，应该便宜很多？
有什么要注意的吗？此人人品很差，打交道很是头疼。

还有就是从Menards.com 买东西Ship to Store的要小心了,如果你要退货, 可能要被
Charge 25% Restocking Fee.
我最近从它网上买了个Storage Shed, 从店里提货, 运回家拆开包装一看, 发现一个
part已经碎了. 费了老劲(Storage Shed个头不小)把它包好, 拖回店里退货.前后不过
两小时.结果小二告诉我要Charge 25% Restocking Fee.当时问候他家父母及以上老人
的心的有了. 找来Manager, 跟他据理力争, Manager又电话联系Online退货部门,最终
给我退了全款. 发誓再不从它网上买东西了.
单从这点看, Menards就比Lowes 和homedepot cheap 很多. |

和铁门的时候都用了，shed锈的比较厉害用的是红色的
基本上是手刷，然后用喷罐找漏，pressure wash完然后打磨，上了一遍底漆两遍面漆 |
