友。但是........

完安全需要不仅指人身安全，也包括家庭关系，工作等的安全感。
社会需要指社交需要，包括维持与亲朋好友，同事，邻居，所有其他人的良好的关系。
而你根本没这个需要。
受人尊敬需要，不仅仅是因为你有钱。因为钱尊敬你，那不叫尊敬，叫势力。何况，二
十万算啥？我家庭年收入超过４５万，完全没感到受到所有人尊敬，甚至没感到自己有
钱。物以类聚，人以群分。你的朋友或邻居跟你经济情况应该相仿，怎么会额外尊敬你
？莫非你住贫民区？
实现自我的需要，你的理解也完全错误。不给你解释，给你布置个作业，通过你的
social skills找到答案吧。 |

的时候，没日没夜的学习高等数学，统计，和编程语言。我从来不跟别人聊天，从
来不跟人出去玩，从来不跟人和酒吃饭。我认为与人交往没有什么用处。
现在我做了教授，别人主动跟我聊天，别人主动找我去外地玩，别人主动找我去喝
酒吃饭，别人主动找我咨询工作机会和RA/TA的机会。
所以我认为social skills没有任何用处。你是牛人，别人会主动找你聊天。如果你
是土人，主动找别人，别人也不理睬你。 |

刚回来的时候不讲道理，不听话，脾气极差，摔东西打人，说话声音很大。说话做事情
完全不顾及周围人的感受，我行我素，很固执。
经过一年的改造，基本讲道理，听话了，自己洗澡，刷牙，收拾Bedroom和gameroom。
自己叠被子。在商店帮大人推购物车，帮忙拿shopping bag回家。吃完饭后自己收拾碗
筷，擦桌子，洗碗，洗锅。帮忙做饭，看锅。看到scooter脏了，自己会清洁。酷爱读
书：从刚回来的一个英文不认识到自己基本能读Level 2.
但是小娃底气还是很足，说话声音还是很大（大人提醒后会变小；一会儿又大了）。有
的时候，大人跟他说话的时候他不看着大人，也不理大人。大人说话的时候喜欢插嘴。
玩tic-tac-toe或是cards，只能赢不能输，输了就赌气说“I NEVER WIN”, "I DO NOT
LIKE THE GAME, BECAUSE IT IS BORING...."有的时候跟小朋友相处的时候觉得他不
太合群（尤其是别的小孩玩ipad 和其他的video game；我们从来不给他玩video gam... 阅读全帖 |

的。早上送上学也很少看见她和小朋友一起玩。我和老公都上班，周末学琴，出门玩，
有时还要买菜，基本上没有怎么playdate过。女儿有时候问我能不能去她们班
volunteer，我想着还要翘班太麻烦没有答应。现在和班里别的小朋友的家长不怎么熟
，打算开始邀请小朋友来家里玩了，除此以外还有什么好办法帮助小朋友培养social

至于你说的给前manager签字那个信，那叫experience letter, 也不是证明你的skill
满足xxx。 experience letter就是证明你什么时间在什么公司工作过，什么职位，工
资，job duty是什么，这就基本够了。 这个信是140的时候需要的，因为你PERM的表
上写了前公司经验。如果你PERM表上没写任何前公司经验，140也不需要这个信。如果
你PERM要求有特殊skills, license, degree等，在提交140的时候才可能要求前公司证
明这些。 |
