30min, 2nd day 5min, 3rd day a few seconds, 4th day slept through the night.

book, the baby won't be able to keep awake for more than 1 - 2 hours. So you
dont really have to set a schedule for the daytime nap but just make sure
the baby goes to sleep when he's tired. And for the evening sleep, make sure
you start a routine. We are trying the same thing. It's not perfect yet but
it's getting there :) My LO (2 month) slept from 9:30 pm to 4am for the
first time last night :D

The healthy visitor told me it's great. Sleeping is more important than
eating for baby. Now he is 7 years old. My daughter now is 3 months old,
she begun to sleep overnight since she was 2 months old, it seems she is
happy and satisfied with it.

父母的孩子不能sleep through the night，一种父母的孩子不能sleep through the
night but they lie about it。
我们家肚皮，幸运得很，不属于上面的归类。肚皮自打7个月起就能sleep through the
night，而且是在自己房间的小床上睡。虽然回国的一个月有所反复，但最终还是被老妈
纠了回来。所以，有人问起的时候，我总是会很高兴地答Yes。

sleeping by herself in her own room w/o problem since the very first day back
home from hospital. But after 18 months, she always woke up in the middle of
the night and cried. We were trying to do the sleep training. But she seems to
be super tough to deal with. Finally we have to let her sleep with us and
till now (28month).

Since she's already established the habbit of sleeping on her own, in her
own room, it is best to keep as is. Also for the younger child, 1.5 is old
enough to sleep separetly from parents.
I've never co-slept even 1 night with my son ever since he was born, and he'
s doing just fine. |

that camping with 3.5 years old will be fine. We took our son for the first
time last year while he was 2.5, he was so excited, trying to set up the
tent with us. We did again this year, and he was very comfortable to live

or play together.
We did both ways and hosted other friends' familys.
Gerneally, keep it less than 3 days. or part time staying in hotel.
We did let kids slept at friend's house overnight, we stayed in hotel.
Also, bring gifts for the family or kids and buy food: wine, beer, cake or
even take out from local restuant for the party.
I also send postcard/birthday card to my friends through out the year.

to tell. He is only good at the stuff I do with him. Hope one day he can
start to find things that is fun by himself.
My point is 1 hour undivided attention from mommy is so great that my son
will walk away and disappear in his toys and not to bother me until he is
hungry or sleepy.
It is almost like you pay your debt forward and you get paid back in the
next 2-3 hours of complete quiet time.

My daugther has been having VERY VERY bad cough after the flu. She would
throw up a few times during night due to severe cough.
Yesterday I tried twice your method, one time was right before bedtime. I
rubbed quite a few times and she compplained it felt too hot on her back.
Then after she slept - I didn't hear a thing! She had such a quite sleep!!
