You do not have to worry as we have a solution for you. You may make your
purchase(s) at the small businesses in question and once the charge(s) are
posted to your account, please write back to us with the details of the
charge(s).
We will review your account for issuing manual credit(s) to your Card
account, pertaining to the charges that you made.

葩连锁店，居是能算small business的。
后来在网上又买了一个，记得在哪看到说online行的，后来看了Amex Small Business
条款好像说要in store，并且没有收到确认信

我在网上都成功注册并消费了，现在拿不到credit。
AMEX说找PENFED，Penfed AMEX说他们家不参加AMEX Small Business Sat。
该怎么办？
另外我通过facebook，把PENFED AMEX, CITI AMEX, FIDELITY AMEX都注册了一串
promotion，比如bestbuy 25 off 250， costco.com 15 off 115， KOHL'S 5 off 50.
有人通过这些间接AMEX卡拿到过相应credit么？比AMEX自家卡post的慢么？

还有一个多余的small = $5 包邮走
上面三个那个不单卖，我知道很多mm都仅仅需要其中一个之类的，但是我试过如果把
