第一次听到Eva Cassidy的歌是在一个mall里，圣诞过后的疯狂购物，走进一个
Radioshack。正好在放Eva的Somewhere over the rainbow，立马被jazz特有的忧伤和
eva空灵的嗓音给震到了。我立马冲到柜台，对店员说我要买这个正在播的人的CD。店
员告诉我，现在店里正卖的此人的CD没有我要的这首歌。我很失望，不过我还是买了她
的CD。看了她的介绍，更加喜欢这个英年早逝的艺人。
Eva 的歌基本上是现场在pub或是其他演出的时候录的现场。她33岁死于皮肤癌，生前
没有一个radio station愿意播她的歌。Ironically，在Eva死后的第四年，这首“Over
the rainbow”被BBC 的音乐台播出后，一举成名。
她的CD在搬家流离的过程中也失落了，可她的歌从来不曾被遗忘。 |

。。我认为，一天应该有36小时，每天足足地睡够9个小时，另外工作10个小时，吃饭2
个小时，。。。想入非非天马行空1个小时。
九点过才起床。一个星期缺的觉，都留着周末来补了。早餐加午餐后，瞟了几眼网上八
卦新闻，没有电视，只有电脑，我都好久没在住的地方看电视了。不久的将来的一天，
计算机将全是电脑，电视，信息库，工具书，，社交娱乐，和部分购物一体的中心。我
练了一阵琴，滑雪去。
上山的路清理得很干净。我一路放着Somewhere in Time，我打算听到100遍。John
Barry的经典不少。Out of Africa同样感人至深，我也很是着迷。不过Out of Africa
相比更加悠扬，平和，宏大，而这首Somewhere in Time却还有一种细腻而扣人心弦的

一个层次；文理差不多；管理同级，Harvard也许略强；法学院，斯坦福更强；医学院

没啥比坐在家里收到一封不属于你牌照的红灯Ticket更让人费解的了。
我的牌照是924结尾，Ticket上的牌照是925.
而且这张ticket来我手上时已经过了三个月的申诉期。
开始写信Aruge，打电话给DMV部门，都说不用担心，5美元Check一下，再把相关文件
File到City-of-Chicgo就可以的。在DMV部门查到那个车是辆grand cherokee,和我的车
子也不一样。
今天上庭，以为是完全没道理的Ticket,说明情况免掉就可以的，却不想那法官很Mean
