发帖数: 741 | 20 我表哥家一直自己釀的，釀好了用costco的那种sparkling的水水瓶子（消毒干净）装
。我觉得超好喝啊，可能因为他加的糖比较多吧，甜甜的。而且自己弄的度数也比较高
，很有“酒”感。
我不会，但是知道他就用costco的紫黑葡萄，30磅左右出了10几（还是20几瓶？）瓶酒
。过程就是捣碎了加糖，然后放在一个特殊的容器里面，那容器里有管子只能出气，但
是密封不能进气的，据说也很便宜的，一般塑料的。然后放个多少天好像就行了。。。
。他说他是看了中央电视台的一个什么美食节目学的。。。我现在非常期待他什么时候

在最挫的时候遇上的爱，无论最后留下了什么，那一刻的动心总是刻骨铭心的。——pq
那年的那天是ld的阴历生日，决定要做一个特别的蛋糕给ld，鉴于从前那次戚风蛋糕的
可笑段子，pq决定做一个可爱的冰淇淋蛋糕。
为此，pq潜心调研了很久，读了n篇文章，经反复比较琢磨，对main idea,
implementation difficulty仔细思考了之后，决定先做实验再做蛋糕。
话说pq总结的步骤如下：
1、要把冰淇淋买了、化了
2、把模子搞定
3、把水果买来
4、把巧克力融化，已经定型
模子需要心型的，一个小蛋糕大小的。看了一圈，未发现合适的，后来想到可以用ld曾
经送pq的心型巧克力留下的盒子，但因为边缘有个弧度使得巧克力定型部分需要修改方
案。
用了ld不在家的一个下午，打算看看是否可直接把巧克力抹在容器里或者外面进行定型
，然后取出，答案是不可以，pq就想到可以在容器上套一个保鲜膜，这样可以轻松的取

sparkling wine就是香槟酒的低档版本，没有在橡木桶里发酵不让称香槟。brut是香槟
酒中最受欢饮的种类，基本店里都是卖这种，brut， sec, doux是衡量香槟酒甜度的标
准。开个头，其它你自己去考古吧。 |

装的，没塑料饮用起来安全，比普通的still water更能生津止渴。

，但像狗狗这样高大上的，即有成熟的企业文化，又对员工非常nice的，还真不多见，
狗狗至少可以排前二。
公司内部给人的感觉很清爽，让员工体会到在这里工作的兴趣。有些公司虽然福利好，
但雇你就是干活的，第一天工作就急急火火地当苦力使，把付出的福利加倍赚回来，俺
待过的某家就是这种鸟文化。但狗狗不急，有足够的耐心让你去熟悉和适应环境，心态
先放轻松，等你feel comfortable了再开始。
虽然是几万人的大公司，内部管理的效率不低。自己开发了好多面向员工的服务系统，
功能不比外面卖的软件弱，满足员工的日常需求没问题。比如你想买个东西，在内部网
店上选购，下单，到物流过程，每一步都有邮件通知。有问题可以使用另外一个内部系
统反应，反馈速度非常快，很快被转到相关部门解决，而且各系统的界面统一，不会让
人觉得不适应。俺在某家时，服务即有内部的也有外包的，经常是这个服务出了问题要
用这个联系，别的问题要用别的联系，就算是内部服务也有几个的反应渠道，整个一个
乱。
