控制还不错，但是半年时间毕竟很长，其间万一需要去看病，想事先了解一
下大致的花费。
要看高血压、糖尿病之类的问题，找我们平时见的general practice医
生是不是没有用、必须要看这方面的specialist？
见一次specialist（普通水平的医生吧，那些名气大得要约几个月才能约
上的咱也见不着），如果没有保险，office visit的费用通常要多少？
通常看一次病加上开处方，是一次office visit就够了，还是要至少两次？

often found in sputum samples incidentally. if infecting the lung, it causes
abscess rather than pneumonia. it is important to know that actinomyces

去看specialist。 宝宝出生时身高体重都是50%。六个月时好像是身高体重都是75%，
九个月时都是95%。一岁时身高32inch,体重29.5Lb。18个月身高35.5inch,体重33.5Lb
。这时Pediatrician就觉得他过胖过高，让21个月时再带来给她看看follow up.
宝宝吃得和别的同龄宝宝算少的，而且不好好吃饭。他吃得东西几乎都是有机的，都是
在whole food 买得最好的。宝宝不吃肉，一嚼到肉就吐出来，吃鱼虾有些过敏，所以
也很少给他吃。我不觉得Pediatrician能给出什么原因和建议，21个月时就没带宝宝去
follow up. 现在宝宝两岁了，昨天体检体重45Lb 身高39.5 inch，Pediatrician觉得
他太胖太高set up a specialist referral。
宝宝体重确实很重，但是他不是虚胖，他力气很大，在蹦床上可以连着蹦20多分钟，每
天活动量很大。

给一些建议。先介绍下自己情况，30岁，有过2次过期流产，每次都是在10周的时候做b
超才发觉没有胎心(fetal pole都停在6周多)，不得不做D&C手术。因为连续两次情况相
似不像是偶然，就求救于ob,希望做一些检查。但是换了好几个ob似乎都是差不多态度
，都是查甲状腺分泌，prolactin，并没有问题。然后就是说可以查几样血液抗体，并
且说如果血液抗体查不出问题来似乎就有些无能为力。因为我有排卵，我的ob认为我不
需要吃促排卵的药。我提到国内用黄体酮保胎，这里的ob都不肯使用，说没有什么实质
研究表明黄体酮对保胎有帮助。实在是不想再经历一次流产的痛苦，所以在下一次尝试
之前想好好检查一下。听朋友说除了ob,还可以求助于reproductive specialist，这里
想请教下有经验的姐妹，reproductive specialist和ob有什么区别，他们会有什么不
同于ob的治疗么？因为我所住的地方比较偏僻，最近的RS也要开车2小时左右，所以在
约appointment之前想先听听意见。先谢谢了 |

前七天到后三天内，隔天一次就好。还有心情好坏，很是影响身体的各种分泌，所以要
尽量保持好的心情，参加各种活动，转移自己的注意力。
根据个人的经验，specialist一上来，就会让你做很多的高级检查，包括这个造影，对
他们来说是个很常规的检查。我的ob意见是不做，但这个specialist马上就推荐做这个
，最终是没做。 |

她很夸张，后来觉得她满英明。。。去specialist那里都检查一遍，没问题的话就自己
慢慢试，这样不是更有信心吗？前一阵一个帖子，我记得一个mm试了2年都没成功，结
果一检查是lg精子有问题，其实早点检查早确定问题，也不用做那么多无用功了。
35岁，确实不要等太久了，不然连IVF都会成功率低很多。 |

早晨送小家伙去daycare，老师说要让小嘟再看一个更special 的specialist。之前看
了一家，是评估他们幼儿园的时候顺便给看看，大概没有什么结果。
需要看specialist的原因如下：
1．不参加group活动。这点很头疼，小嘟就是个独行客，他不喜欢的就一定不会去参加
。就说讲故事吧，其他的孩子就算不听故事自己玩也会随大家一起坐在那里。他拒绝，
总是一个人拿书自己看。在家里，我跟他一起玩的时候，他基本上是比较配合的，像他
不喜欢的画画什么的，也都跟我一起做。
2．难以与老师和其他孩子建立bond。他能叫出18个孩子每个人的名字，但是没有固定
的玩伴，也没有显得跟谁特别亲近。虽然有些小姑娘把他当baby一样管，给他讲故事，
但是他从来也不主动去找人家玩。除了他的primary teacher 以外，跟其他老师都不亲
近。奇怪的是，当他需要帮忙的时候，从没有见过的陌生人他也会去拉人家。

以前一直是学生，要么学校可以帮忙，要么用Turbo。因为去年刚工作，有朋友请Tax
Specialist，说省心，也许还有额外的返税是自己报拿不到的，貌似雇佣费也就200刀。
自己的情况很简单，没有房产和股票和其他投资，就是工资。有必要请Tax Specialist
吗？Turbo上有个多交三十刀的，说是可以合法避更多的税？有人用过吗，不知怎么样？

没有绿卡, 没有相关工作经验。
我周围没有作这一行的朋友，所以上来问几个问题：
1．我知道IP这方面做Biology的比较饱和，fresh PhD能找到technology specialist的
机会有多大？我打算申请NYC, Boston, Washington DC和SF这几个area的IP firm.
2．哪里能找到这类job opening的信息？还是要自己一个个firm地问？
3．大概要提前几个月申请？如果希望能明年9月开始工作，几月份开始申请？

degree told me that you have to be really really good in your major. I doubt
it, to some extent, because I think patent work does not require one to be
a researcher in one technology or science area. Anyone has any thoughts and

现在在一个很小的ip law firm做technical specialist，工作不到8个月，各个方面都
做，包括biotech, renewable energy, medical device, mechanical device,
immunology, pharmacology.
工作都能胜任，但是感觉工资太低了，而且没有任何福利待遇。
求内推到规模大些的law firm 做 technical specialist/advisor.
东西海岸，或者德州都行。
