General Summary: The Marketing Specialist
is tasked with a broad variety of
outbound related marketing and networking activities&
nbsp;in US. The successful candidate must
maintain a proactive attitude and have a
;good sense of marketing. In this role,
the candidate will be expected to manage
creative projects and events from concept to&
nbsp;completion with guidance from the marketing&
nbsp; manager.
Essential Job Functions: Manage and&
nbsp;coordinate offline marketing events such as&
nbsp;conferences, tradeshows, and seminars to
ensure high﹍evel company image and well﹐rganized&
nbsp;process during the shows while working
to convert activities into sales opportunities
;
Maintain an active and long﹖erm relationship
by coordinating the offline activities and
developing social network with key organizations&
nbsp;within the pharmaceutical industry, such as&
nbsp;SAPA, CAS, and CABA, etc.
Other Duties: Research and analyze
;a variety of marketing opportunities, and
make the proposal based on certain goal
and budget
Track marketing activities results closely and
;create detailed reports with data analysis
and other feedback
Work with online and offline teams in
Beijing to come up with branding ideas,
advertising channels, graphic designs, and
promotional materials
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and analytical skills
; Strong project management to meet
deadline Proficient in Microsoft office
computer skills
Self﹎otivated and goal﹐riented
Well teamwork practice
Attention to details
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in biology or pharmacy
related major Marketing or sales related&
nbsp;experience is preferred
