长途旅行的时候安装他们的产品在汽车上测试, 然后sponsor我$1500用作旅途费用. 现
在刚刚说起这个, 还没最后谈好, 到时应该是reimbursement, 不知道这种sponsorship
或者这种收入会不会违反h1b的policy...请指教 |

发帖数: 72 | 47 已经是第二次了，这一次是Dream company（Johnson&Johnson），所以很沮丧。
本人PHD fresh，面试的情况很好，之后HR也很快和我联系上了。上个星期HR打电话给我，说由于我的OPT是12个月，所以帮我看H1B visa 的Sponsorship的情况。然后就没有消息了。
这周给HR打了个电话问一下情况。HR说公司不能提供H1B visa的sponsorship。觉得很惊讶，一是觉得这么大的公司不可能不提供H1B sponsorship。二是我在最开始的电话面试中就提到了需要H1B sponsorship。又打电话给Hire Manager，Manager说，you're very qualified for this position。但是，她不会去against公司的Policy。并且要我再去和HR谈谈。
在网上查了查，J&J是属于H1B Sponsor Employer的，至少去年还提供H1B sponsorship。我有点不太懂，是不是同一公司，不同的职位，H1B sponsor的情况会有不同？
觉得和HR再谈希望也不大了，不知道大家有没有什么看法。 |
