Received response from USCIS-TSC yesterday: “We have received your SR and
researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review
and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in
line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in
which they were received. If you do not receive a decision or notice of
further action within 6 months, please contact customer service"
难到还要再等6个月? |

In fact I did not ask for SR at all.
For LD case, that IO offer it to me without me asking for it in the end. I
just tell him how urgent I need the card, individual financial loss and the
national interest will be significantly damaged.
For my case, I just ask for expedition due to severe individual financial
loss because with my PhD degree, I can get very good job 100k a year, I was

这里说下，SR分几种，我做了两次催ead的expedite requests，第二次sr后我fax过一
次，最后一次tier 2给做了超过90天的processing time request，过了两天后批了，
也许是催起了作用，但更多应该是到时候了。 |

still within the normal process times. 然后说，现在IO在处理3月的case，还有一
个月的时间才轮到你。
这个是TSC的case，140和485同时4/10递交的，140在9/2才批。

差10分钟)
副申请人SR (01/09) 是打电话的，理由是Application of research funding
requires green card.

要求SR，但被告知131正在处理到11月份，所以无法给提交SR，但我们已经定了6月的机
票回国，请问这种情况能不能要求加急，如果可以，如何提交加急处理呢？

2月份的时候做了5个月左右的SR。CIS的说法是our goal is to make a decision on
your application within 6 months of filing.个人觉得5个月的话已经是about to
exceed “within 6 months”，咔咔 |

看着mitbbs上这么多nsc报绿都前进到10月甚至11月了心里好难过！觉得自己的case肯
定是被忘记了！
网上做SR，不让，因为现在NSC更新的EB base的485timeline只到9月16号。
那问问有经验的人们可以做infopass或者找议员吗？NSC9月16号以前485 RD的有没有网
上sr成功提交的呀？怎么催绿？
从来没期望过什么一个月两个月爆绿，在大家正常绿的时候我能绿就好，可是现在都半
年多了，置顶的485 excel我周围的几乎全绿了，到底是怎么回事嘛！

以下485催绿经历：
下了APP： USCIS Case Status Notifier。这个软件似乎以30min左右的间隔在check
case 状态。每次case有update就会通知。没有收到过USCIS的短信和邮件。
关于tier1转tier2：
我每次都是说想知道background check状态，tier1都说看不到，我再说麻烦转tier2，
都爽快的转了。
关于打tier2：
不记得一共打了几次tier2.可能在7次左右。第一次联系在4月。在第四次联系的时候，
那个officer似乎啥都能看见，告诉我background check从FBI回来了。最后的状态是5/
4的audit。但是不明白audit是在audit啥。其余的几次，officer都统一口径，说

让做SR，今天抱着试一试的心情竟然能做了。4月RD兄弟姐妹们如果还没做的可以去试
一试。3个月前SR催工卡，头天做第二天竟然批了，希望这次能有好消息。不苛求明天
，只希望到10月时能轮到。 |
