not an issue for me, that is true for a 3 set match against a guy around
my level, but when i play up, like last night, i played an indian guy,
i won 7:4 tie-break in first set, then totally exhausted, lost 1:6 and
1:6 for 2nd and 3rd sets.
I know technically he is better, but if i had the same stamina as the
first set, i could have won.

NG needs more quick reaction,
DS needs patience, that's it.
ridiculous to see you guys arguing about that. and you two are always
fighting each other lol.
In NG if you got break blocking, you can still evade(and that's what you
need to do) so it is relative easy in NG in aspect of that part.
but in DS if you got break blocking that means you run out of stamina, you
will have huge chance of beiing killed in next blow, and you are facing more
than 1 emnemies in corner, you are doomed for sure.

但是不包括MOTM卡,那个MOTM MULLER 的STAMINA 99, 配合他的HH, 很不错。

那时候代议制人数少,没有啥太多的议题,也没有啥先进的传媒,关键是一些新进富翁
本来就是海盗出身,大字不识一筐。于是言语论战才是对金主负责,而且浅显直接到
他们能懂的, 应该是适合国情的。
后来电视技术普及。美国把传承英国这个政治传统进行了商业化包装。搞得和春晚似的
。以宣教化,以牧庶黎。其实其深度,广度,正确性,还不如索男在BBS上随意灌水。
体现的唯一能力是急智。甚至连急智都体现不了,因为都是老话题。有讽刺意味的是,
受众文化程度普遍也不高。止在初三词汇量上。疮破用一个stamina, 一帮小资抄出肾
机问siri, define stamina.
这种形式主义的东西,远不如深思熟虑,写个施政大纲出来,放在社交媒体上,一起围

Ok, I can see where you are coming from and what I said can be interpreted
that way. It would be more accurate to say that it is more important for me
at the stage to improve stamina and muscles in order to improve footwork.
I knew what the correct footwork was, but could not do because I was either
too late so I had to overreach or when I try to come back, my leg muscle
could support it sufficiently that I was wobbly and lost my balance.

It's Stamina, Air Bike 955. It had mixed reviews but mine holds up very good
. My wife and I used it for over 3 years and it had no sign of wear-tear.
But it's discontinued.
This one is close to it and has better reviews.
Keep in mind, it requires a little bit of assembly job. Make sure you do it
correctly.

经过之前几个月的教练调教, 现在整个人体力/精神面貌改变了不少. 肌肉感觉有了,
看起来比较fit了. 体重降了大概10磅, 但是肥肉其实减了很多, 肌肉涨了不少.
下面阶段就是保住成果, 再接再厉, 并且使运动更有趣, another 3-6 months.
目标
-- 不断降低/保持体脂
-- 敏捷, 耐力
-- 对抗性 (篮球, 足球)
-- 更加匀称肌肉, 不需要bulk
-- 做好冬天滑雪的准备
现在和教练的45分钟, 每次3次training 分3个session
周一 trainer
1. core/stamina training 包括各种的plank combo, 健身球, crunch, leg crunch
etc.
2. circuit strength training
3. boxing (组合击 3-5 分钟, 和教练演练3-5分钟)
周二 self
陪家人跑步/游泳/单车
周三 trainer
circuit strength training + 跑步
周四 self
HIIT 折反跑 etc.
周五 trainer
stamina

Just my 2 cents for those who is as newbie as me: I climbed Mt. Shasta
before I soloed Mt. Hood last May. They are not at the same level. Mt. Hood'
s last 300 feet (pearly Gate route)was quite challenging, continually
falling stones (7:30am), 50 degree snow slope, the risk of avalanche, and
the fumaroles + "the giant crevasse" right behind if you fall... moreover,
my stamina is almost gone after 6 hours of climbing on snow slope, my quad

for those who selectively 'ignore' stamina and talk about nothing but '
technique', go watch a pro team's practice in US, or just semi-pro
w/o stamina and proper physical fitness, the so-called 'technique' lives in
your dream, not on the field

for most amateurs they can get better pace by either polishing skills or
improving stamina or both. you may hit bottleneck sooner than others because
your stamina is already superb. however, if you can keep improving skills,
sky is the limit.

If I swing my racket 20 times, I am already exhausted. How can
I finish a 7-minute ball machine session?
And asus is famous for not having good stamina, and he still
is as strong as this already...

pusher, e.g. how many average strokes per point, how shall I manage
my stamina, etc.
Basically I want to learn if there is any strategy at all that would
work for me when playing with a 3.0 pusher. I am not 暴力男 and I
don't have good stamina, so it's not clear to me how I would win.

Excellent match.
Judie's volley is a lot more reliable, at least when stamina is at
100%. But what's with that serve that was out by at least 5m?? LOL.
Overall S&V is the right strategy to go with aakk123 at least for
the first few games. But when stamina dropped, I can feel Judie's
frustration, as there is no good solution against a pusher at that
stage, hehe. The only improvement I can find for Judie is maybe
return of serve -- hitting powerful shots towards aakk123's backhand
may help.

Try to hit one more ball everytime. One thing you can improve immediately
is your stamina. This will help you get in position to hit one more ball.
When he sees that you can run down more balls, he may start to hit a little
harder, a little wider, which means more UE from his end.
And work on your approach and volley, which of course, take far longer to
improve than stamina.
