of the body shape thing over time and that might be due to fat % you pointed
out.
I just read some of your other posts. Maybe you can write some new posts
putting all your experience together like your soccer coach take away. Would
benefit lots of readers here. |

发帖数: 8291 | 10 中国的group lesson挺好。十个孩子一个group, 全部泡在水里，同时练习所有动作。
一般上完一个十天的课，大部分都学会自由泳和换气了。
美国的group也是一个一个孩子轮流下水学动作，每个人分到的时间只有1/N.
上几个group lessson sessions还是学不会的是大多数。
我觉得美国的group swimming lesson比private不合算。
private或者semi-private的比较合算，上完两个sessions, 大部分孩子就学会了。从
父母的时间价值来考虑，比较合适。 |
