台湾财政部国库署在12日傍晚发表声明表示，台湾一向秉持希望在“对等尊严”前
提下加入亚洲基础设施投资银行（简称亚投行），对于有媒体报导部长张盛和曾言“亚
投行应该没了”并非事实。
而对于亚投行行长金立群在日前发言“台湾要加入亚投行需经大陆财政部同意”，
台湾官方表示遗憾。台当局并重申“我国为主权国家，对自身国际关系行为负责，乃不
争事实”。
台湾当局重申，4月底北京会举办会议评估新成员加入，6月底会确认新成员，将会
关注其他国家申请信息，在“尊严、平等”原则下审慎评估后续事宜。
“拒绝”引风波
台湾财政部长张盛和在12日向媒体表示，如果台湾加入亚投行，需要中国提出申请
，将“有损尊严”，拒绝加入，在台湾掀起多方媒体报导“台方拒绝中方”。不只有媒
体引用张盛和“亚投行应该没了”发言，《中央社》更一度证实，台湾入亚投行已“实
质破局”。
台湾马政府对于加入亚投行展现积极态度，财政部网站上仍可以见到台湾加入亚投
行会“善尽国际责任”

“不为所动”的印度航空终于决定整改，将官网上的“台湾”字样改为“中华台北”。
此举打了印度激进学者的脸，有印度学者曾叫嚣，印度没有理由遵循一个中国原则。
中国民航局日前致函44家外国航空公司，要求其整改涉港澳台信息，纠正其官网相关内
容中违反中国法律、违背一个中国政策的错误做法。大多数航空公司已遵照要求改标“
中国台湾”，但还有美国等国家的少数航空公司拒绝整改，印度航空此前也不予整改，
截止到6月，仍将“台湾”作为“国家”显示。不过，印度媒体发现，印度航空现在已
经做出了整改。
据“今日印度”报道，印度航空（Air India）近日已经将官网上的“台湾”字样改为
了“中华台北”。继新加坡、日本及加拿大等国的航空公司改变描述之后，印度跟随了
它们的脚步。印度航空此前表示，会将此事提交给印度外交部处理，印度媒体称，这可

大家最关心的是坐加航来往中美之间的问题。坐加航免签证过境的条件是：

There are statistics by city/county. But they are either available in
yearbook (published by Taiwanese government and available for purchase, such
as "Yearbook of Earnings and Productivity Statistics in Taiwan Area") or
free in the web that is published by Taiwanese government but in a form that
is not accessible (my computer has Microsoft word only and those are in
Excel or txt format).
