最好还是不要蘸酱， 很不健康， 小孩子容易吃习惯了以后就头疼了。 买那种BABY胡
罗卜， 其实都是大的切成小的的但是味道会好很多。 每天带一些逼他们吃了， 吃吃
就习惯了。

老大老二的问题好像有些不同吧，特别是搂主是双胞胎，这样的现状是父母没有公平对
待造成的。孩子谁带得多和谁亲，大人是不是把她放在第一位，别看他们小，其实心里
都明白。
现在孩子才两岁，还来得及。我觉得前面的1，3，5 &2,4, 6的建议不错，或者两人都
和妈妈睡，两岁晚上不用起来那么多次，应该不会太累。
白天也不要谁会闹就给谁attention多一些。我家宝宝从一岁以后我就尽量给她讲道理
，为什么这样做不行，有要求妈妈没能马上做到的请她耐心一点，比方说妈妈正在洗碗
要手洗干净了才可以给她拿吃的，妈妈在做饭，很烫，暂时不能陪他。18个月以后，无
理取闹的话就告诉他这样没用的，也不用大吼大叫什么：“不许哭”之类的。我一般会
说，如果他心里觉得委屈可以哭一下，哭好了再来找妈妈擦眼泪，Hug一下，但不要屈
服而去答应他之前提的条件。
我家宝宝Terriable 3基本没有就过来了，现在也很Sweet,很乖，家里和我最亲。孩子
闹的时候，关键是父母一定要冷静，不提倡打骂或用很粗暴的态度对待他们。有时候我

这是问题的根本所在，敌对的情绪肯定导致反抗，不要以为十多岁的TEEN才这样，小幼
儿婴儿是一样的。
我们来看你描述的： 每次踢人打人，我们每次度严厉的批评。因为家长期望培养出是
非观念的孩子，打人是不对的。 但是，直接进行指责，这就是问题所在。 我在四川演
讲的时候，有个家长就告诉我她的五岁女儿每次在外面犯错误挨批评就大闹是怎么回事
？ 一样的道理，因为家长采用的指责的态度。 爱和尊重，不是一句好说的，是要在行
动中做的。
再来看我们置顶文章“什么是无条件的爱”， 无条件的爱就是孩子犯错误的时候也是
爱孩子的，和孩子的心是连在一起的。 指责孩子，意图纠正错误， 出发点是对的，但
是切入点是错的。
我们讨论过很多次很多次， 切入点是什么： 认可孩子的情绪开始，指出情绪是可以的
，但是行为是不对的。 把事情叙述一遍，就算是认可。 情绪认可，情绪表达，情绪诱
导。 这些都是长期循序渐进的方法。
孩子的对抗，是对抗你们对他的行为的否认，以及没有情绪的认可和诱导，和孩子的心

Once I drove to school. Before one tranfic light, there were lots of cars
waiting in the left lane. The right lane was almost empty. I changed my car
to it and started to speed up. Suddently, an old laddy crossed the left lane
and got into the right one. I were lucky enough to stop my car just before
hit her. That was a terriable experience. |

days before expiration but all milk become stick and taste terriable. I
tried to boil it and the smell horrible. I will never buy from Costco agaon.
Also, I had similar probelm several times on Sunnyside Organic milk from
Lucky. Now, the only one I buy is from Safeway, either Horizon or Heritage.
Sometime, safeway O. Even though Horizon has no cow rate. But we like the

he is out for another season. he got paid 19.3M$ for the 4 year,
but only played for 82 games, about one full-year games.
blazer lose more on Oden rather than Roy.
today the blazer president said they are still considering giving Oden 8M$
to extend the contract for another year if Oden work hard fighting back to
the court. Blazer management team is terriable on picking drafts. |
