发帖数: 64 | 1 共耗时4个小时，由于过程不够熟悉，特别是几个coolant管子比较难下，花了不少时间。
早晨10：30出工（呵呵，没听adven和dingd的话，昨晚上研究manual看throttle body 的
拆卸过程，研究到2:30),断开电池，打开radiator drain
pipe放出了将近1gallon的coolant。拆掉那个大进气管，拔掉连在throttle body上的各
种电路接口（throttle motion sensor connector,
和一个我不知道的冬冬），拆掉throttle cable lever，松掉throttle cable bracket并
挪开它，一切都还顺利，然后拆掉throttle body mount的四个大螺钉，在1/2 break
bar的帮助下，轻松搞定。 这时问题来了，throttle
body上连着好几根管子，一根从engine（准确地说应该是cylinder head)伸出来，这根在
上面，很好拔，看里面的借口满是油污，好像是机油或是汽油从这里进来。麻烦的是下面
几根coolant管道，挤在一起，周围还有不少管子，我好不容易用强 |

发帖数: 660 | 7 dealer说要清洗，花一百多。youtube查了一下，好像自己弄也不难，不过camry的视频
没有2011或更新的。看到有个视频演示清洗2010~2015 Prius的throttle body，就用布
粘清洗剂去擦。好像以前哪里看到过，电子控制的throttle body不能用手去动那个
throttle plate, 说要半踩油门将它打开。
有这么讲究吗？2011 Camry 的 throttle body是电子控制的吗？麻烦分享一下经验，

发帖数: 13748 | 8 碳没有想象的多，但恶心的是在throttle壁上堆了一个小bump，卡住板子了。
怠速阀脏得一塌糊涂，洗了以后发现金属已经不亮了，不知道是不是该换一个了。
另外很多地方都说了throttle怎么拆洗，但是都没提及一个事情：要reset PCM，不然
拆过TPS以后怠速会乱掉。我的车reset很容易，把电池负极拔掉15秒就好了，再连上的
时候会听到throttle那里嘎啦嘎啦好几秒，就ok了。
另外很郁闷的是：这个throttle的gasket居然和库里列的不一样。原来的gasket状况也
不好了，但是也不知道哪里找替件。

后来按service manual上面的步骤测试EGR系统的各处气压时，发现怠速时throttle
body的真空应该是51kpa，但是实测56kpa。高出来的部分可能导致了EGR系统真空略高
，于是EGR阀门在怠速时稍稍开启，引发引擎抖动。
请问，throttle body的气压偏低是怎么引起的应该怎么修呢？我前几天把throttle
body卸下来清洗了一下，也用seafoam清洁了一下air intake，没什么效果。 |

要换air filter，闲着没事，想顺便把Throttle Body也清洁一下，第一次干，找了个
Youtube视频看了，拆卸非常简单，就是一根电线，几个螺丝，拿个干净的旧T-shirt，
手头正好有 brake cleaner，清洁了一下，装好之后，结果打火不着了，当时脑子立马
晕菜了，骂手太贱了，后来想是不是不应该用 brake cleaner，如果能把它烧没，也许
就能打着了，这样坚持打了一分钟，发动机慢慢有点火的迹象，接着又打了半分钟，估
计里面的杂质烧没了，才把车子打起来，不敢熄火，赶紧开出去绕小区一圈，好像一切
正常了，才开回来
后来查了一下，有几个错误
1.不要用 brake cleaner，有专门的 Throttle Body cleaner
2.我当时是用手指捅开那个门的，这种电子的 Throttle Body，据说是，应该把钥匙拧
到‘on’，不点火，踩油门，这个门会转动，这样就可以清洁了
不知道这个点是不是完全正确，请大牛指点一下，引以为戒 |

车：KIA Sportage 2000, 4WD，自动档，95K mile
清洗前车子起步延迟，特别是上坡时,曾经有几次一给油反而感觉更没劲儿。引擎检查灯
有时会亮，但是亮了10分钟后自己又灭掉，灯亮的时间每次逐渐延长，亮的频率逐渐加大
。OBD code是P0101，手册上写毛病在于Mass Air Flow (MAF)，属于气路问题。
经过上网查找资料和咨询汽车配件零售店/不同修车铺，基本确认可能出问题的地方为：
1.进气口堵塞， 对策：疏通
2.进气滤网太脏， 对策：更换；
3.throttle body/ butterfly valve积炭/积油， 对策：清洗
4.MAF sensor损坏， 对策：更换
因为此车是88K时买的二手车，不确定前任车主是否按时保养，所以按照先廉后贵的原则
逐个排除。1和2可能性不大，我买车后不久曾经更换滤网，确认进气口没有堵住后即排除
1和2。3是缺乏定期保养的车的常见毛病，在车行清洗需要$80，自己清洗成本较低且难度
不是很大，适合DIY。

这车没有MAF，不过应该是在throttle和sensor之间，因为我看到裂缝那里有根细管子
连向发动机，粗管子继续过throttle然后连到intake manifold去了。补了一下，开直
路ms没多大问题，但高速转弯后就会又出现那种“喘不上气”的症状。越踩油门，车越
没速度，越前后晃。轨迹是惯性，让什么进气的管子裂缝变大造成的。 |

来有人告诉我说彻底的清洗应该是把throttle body拆下来，清洗完还要做电脑匹配。
要不然更难开~

本来好好的，结果今年5月中旬做15k maintenance之后就不对了：
加速到2换3档的时候（大概在20mph）就抽一下，幅度是那种跟在后面的车都吓到远离
我了的程度。经我自己琢磨了一个解决方案：换到手动模式，在2档加速到高于20mph，
完全松开油门，手动升到3档，再给油，就不会抽抽。但这不是长久之计啊，所以送去
dealer修，修了2天说说是throttle position sensor坏了，换了。（这是第一次）
结果问题继续，没几天就在路上熄火了，engine灯也亮了，送去同一个dealer，又说是
throttle position sensor坏了，说上一个换的是bad part，修了一个星期，说是好了
。（第二次）
回来之后20mph抽没有了，但是在60mph附近，如果是下坡，稍微给一点油的时候，又会
抽，没有上次那么厉害。我知道送去dealer那里不会有结果，就开着。期间有一次刹车
的时候熄火了，就像手动档刹车没有踩离合那样。不过打火又好了，也没engine灯。结

04年的Taurus, 24valve DOHC 3.0L Duratec发动机，从dealer哪里买来开了两万麦到
了100K。之前自己换过前刹车片，自信心过度膨胀，于是想DIY 100K tune up. 因为是
V6发动机，前三个火花塞很好拆，后三个需要拆Upper Intake Manifold，对其难度估
计过低。
按照保养手册上的指示要换的几样东西就是火花塞，PCV(positive crankcase
ventilation) valve，有必要的话可以把Upper Intake Manifold的垫圈也换了。零件
在Rockauto上买的，感觉比Amazon 和 Autozone都要便宜一点，倒是工具前前后后跑了

果还跟原来一样拔下来EGR的真空管，就没事儿。
跟Service Manual上面的诊断查了好几个气压，发现就是Throttle body稍低，然后经
过vacuum control valve之后的气压就成了10-12kPa了。手册上写revving的时候会短
暂的跳到13kPa以上，我觉得如果怠速保持在10-12kPa，是有点高了。 |

流量计坏了。但你首先要查（最容易）是真空泄漏。 |

有种“喘不上气”的感觉，怀疑是PCV vavle或o2 sensor或fuel pressure regulator
坏了。早上打开hood，还没找到PCV Vavle在哪里，就发现管子和throttle连接处有条1
厘米的裂口。估计是这里漏气导致油气混合比失调。 |

也开了20来个MILES，都很正常。 但是今天中午去发动车的时候， 车发动不起来了。
情况是这样， 把钥匙转到ON的位置， 灯都亮，然后继续打火，灯都暗下来，并且没有
平时打火时的‘突突突’的声音，几乎没有声音，好像是没有反应一样。车子当然也没
有启动。 如果仔细听还能听到一点十分轻微的‘他他他’声，这个‘他他’声在我转
完点火放手，好像还是持续一会的。
有朋友给分析下这会是什么原因吗？
首先这个会有可能和清洁节气门有关系吗？
然后我想到会不会和电池有关系。电池是比较老了，但是一般感觉电池的问题会有个过
程，比如打火时间延长之类的。 我的车打火一直都很快，2秒搞定。这次我也特 别看
了电池检查孔，是绿色的，说明电池是冲电的。打火几乎不出声，好像也不像是电力不足
的现象，其他电设备是可以用，比如电动门。不过，明天我准备去买个电池，换上看看
，但比较怀疑会是电池问题。

之前处理：2周前自己换了个coolant fan assembly；1年前出现过同样问题，service
engine light亮，清除后一切正常直到现在。
目前情况：连续两天早上熄火，service engine light亮两次（中间清除过一次）
请教什么问题？怎么修啊？
