I got calf muscle sore due to mileage increase
and hill workout.
I rested on Friday before Saturday's 20-miler
hoping to recover from calf muscle sore. But
It did not go away when I started on Saturday
morning. I was debating whether to cut down on
mileage along the run, but didn't think I have the
time for another 20-miler before the race, so I pushed
on and on ... It was painful, but I finally pull it off.
All I can say is thank God for letting fin |

so it was a bit extra tough. considering that I wasn't fresh to start with,
it was acceptable I suppose. |

toughness, and taking it easy to let your body recover and absorb the
workout. In long runs I'd give it a little push in terms of mental
concentration, but if my legs feel dead I would not push further, as it
would delay my recovery in the next week. |

前天穿bikini跑了8迈跑步机，发现无事（除了小腿下部酸痛）， 今天
决定上路， 结果刚跑没几步就觉得受不了，跑了大约200米就回家换鞋
了，换上SS4，感觉真叫一个爽...
看来VFF还是只能跑步机上耍耍.... |

still out of position. JTs is fine to call IMO. I may actually fold JTo
in early positions, especially with deep stack, position is the key.
For example, suppose you hit a top pair, but sb or bb bets, do you call?
It's tough, cause if you call, you may face a big raise from the raiser.

way ahead，前面说了，它几乎不可能拿TT，JJ，甚至66，在UTG limp calls pre-flop
$18。
它的风格也几乎不可能在turn上拿比如combo draw这么干，它虽然loose，但是还是没
有gamble with a draw out of position的历史。TPTK之类的可以忽略不计，flop太弱
，turn上这个Q只能其更弱，更何况AJ，AQ，KQ这样的牌，和TT/JJ/66一样，在它
preflop比如open $12这样的范围之内。
这么说来，2 pair是这里唯一剩下的，那它几乎是drawing dead。
way behind，89s, 89o, Kd9d这样的牌很有可能，它每次all-in，还别说turn check
raise all-in这么强的，没有弱牌或者bluff过。
他虽然整体上属于tilt，但是还是很有“耐心”slow play比如58s，55865这样的board

的那种，很好用。就是携带起来东西多比较罗嗦，也许直接防水的相机会更方便？D10
和tough我都没用过，但是网上看到仿佛D10的画质好些。D10只能到30英尺深，scuba的
话可能不够用。看你将来是否打算往深处走:P
光线条件好，水平稳的情况下，各个相机都能拍出来不错的图。但是光线暗，晃动的时
候，如果有相对的大光圈和广角在水下会很有优势。水下有一个“放大”的效应，视野
会更窄一点。成像总的来说，如果在岸上都拍不出好画质的话，在水下也好不到那里去
，所以多看看各个相机的review和样图～ 除了常用的购物和评测网站，我觉得flickr甚至youtube也超级好用，能搜到很多某款相机/镜头拍出来的图，而且大多都是普通人拍的，各种拍照条件，很有参考价值。
你说的防水套是不是那种不带按钮的“袋子”？好像从十几到几十美元不等，单反的一
百左右。开关相机，摁快门，回放之类的应该没问题，但是操作起来还是有点笨拙。偶
尔用一次，随便玩玩倒也够了。我用的是给单反的那种，操作非常困难，不过拍出来的
