2003年8月12日，到今天正好来美7周年。对我来说，5年感觉挺短，10年就觉得很长，
数字7么，不长不短的，写点东西好像正好。
7年如果看做一个可以移动的框，放在人生的初始，是从襁褓到走进小学，再往后挪挪
，是从小姑娘变成大姑娘，再后面就是从离家一天都想家的宅女到只身去北京上学。而
现在的这个框是在异国他乡度过的22岁到29岁这段人生最美丽的时光。
在美国这7年，是一场游历，一场冒险，一场人生观的洗礼。从平凡到努力追求光环，

1．当然还是推荐，如果很多人都好品如潮，那你选择他应该比较安全。这里要注意的
是好多人区分不开nice 和 good。 “律师回的email热情洋溢，看上去很nice…” 记
住找律师要找good 而不是nice. 当然你能找到二者兼得的，那更好。

最典型的，就是一场比赛中本队形势很差，本队队员很紧张，本队球迷很郁闷，但
他仍能在精神上挺住，始终给本队保留胜利的希望，隐忍良久，最后一刻反击成功。
能把逆风球打赢了，人会说你有 mental toughness；
如果开始是顺风球，后来被人一点点逆转，但还是挺住了，最后赢球，也还凑合能

突然想写点儿关于棒球的东东。。。起因有二，一是前几天阿童木夺冠的时候，看
到Verlander,Beltran,McCann这些名字感觉是那么的熟悉而又陌生，恍惚间有种

位置上他们都有很出色的队员，但是我对anaheim的一个担心就是他们不是
一支tough team，特别是teemu selanne和andy mcdonald都是技术很好但
是不够tough。而冰球这项运动很多时候实力差一些的球队也有的打，在某
种程度上更需要demanding更tough。象去年oilers的对手每个都有很多出

BSU不符合钱的标准,打得再好也没有大FB联盟带他玩.
准入标准主要看三种钱:
1,EF反映学校规模实力,
2,球迷消费能力,
3,收费电视观众价值.
就好像进赌场,带够一个标准数额的钱就可以进贵宾厅,而不是看赌技赌品手气.
现在可以不用讨论BSU了.
再讨论TCU和TAMU.他们已经符合标准并且2012在大FB联盟玩球.
大联盟球队赚四种钱:
1,球迷消费学校商品和球票的钱,主要看学校球迷的投入质量,最终这种钱主要是自己留
着,和联盟无关.
2,电视转播的钱,大家按ESPN/FOX/CBS协议分.主要与观众数量和质量有关,由于过去几
年TAMU在BIG12的TOUGH比赛很少,而且碗赛质量不高,所以球迷和市场甚至不如OU振作.
此时去和留对BIG12来说,半死不活的留着和直接走了没大区别.BIG12其他学校对TAMU没感情,过去比赛没巅峰球队对抗的激情,所以BIG12对于那两个队离开感触不大.等WVU和TCU加盟后,新2000M/YR一签,BIG12更不会去纠结那两个队的离开了.就好像SEC对这两个队的到来也没有什么太大感... 阅读全帖 |

如果原班底是BU,KSU,OKSU这种学校,恰逢联盟有高额电视合同,而且恰逢多支球队
TOUGH时期,你当然需要对新加盟球队有更高的要求.如果像BE那样FB合同分成微薄,而且
都快凑不齐10个FB球队了,那么他对新加盟球队要求就低一些.这个新与旧不需要比较的
道理,你懂了吗?
2,为什么那四个队是包袱?一个联盟的某支球队可能经济不振或者不愿意往FB,BB球队投入是"包袱",比如CU.也可能已经失去和同地区球队竞争的关注市场,所以商品销售,关注度和上座率,再加上FB,BB比赛TOUGH质量下降,或者已有其它心仪的联盟,同床异梦.这对于一个联盟
发展来说不但是包袱而且是隐患,比如MIZZOU和TAMU.我现场看过MIZZOU两场本应该

3个传统对抗，两强一弱
5个ACC，两强两弱一个中不溜秋
剩下的可以安排中西区的小学校啊
比如Miami OH，CMU，WMU，Toledo什么的
这类还都是FBS School,不掉价
甚至可能不用去打客场
既保证了regional recruiting和影响力
也没赛程变tough太多
去年四个ACC对手，Pitts/Maryland/WFU/BC，拿下四胜
整体赛程也不算tough，
今年四个ACC，Maryland换成Miami，
但看他们输给KSU，也不咋样，估计应该至少3－1
今年tough是加上了oklahoma，
反正就现在配置来说，冠军赛不用想
不如搞出个较强的赛程，打出10胜就去BCS，8，9胜就和ACC分个好碗
从钱上到关注度上，都还不错 |

如果你认为所有球队都要来一场9月的tough外战，这样才算是SEC敢打外战，那真是没
什么好说的。
3/6 tough算不算tough? 2/6 tough算不算? 把这个双方的问题归咎于某个联盟敢不敢
是不是有失偏颇。Alabama每年都敢，LSU每年都敢，chick-fil-a opening game每年都
打，只是今年去的auburn。有这某几个出去打外战当参照系的conference game是不是
就可以说明一些问题。Michigan今年预测很强，但还不是后面的比赛才反映出，哦，
Michigan今年比较让人失望，没测出来，要是Michigan今年很强势，那按你的说法是不
是又是另外一回事？说明SEC敢还是不敢？还是说UM给力不给力呢？
约不约是一回事，外战质量还得看对手当季强不强，不说SEC，在哪个联盟都一样，把
这些归咎于联盟不敢打外战强队，恕我不敢苟同。 |

心理历程如实写下来，希望能对跑ultra有兴趣的同学有点用，也算自己的一个经验
教训的总结吧，不喜欢不理解ultra的同学请略过..
[简介]
这个比赛是UTMB qualify list上的一个2分比赛，我其实分数已经够了(7分)，JJ100K
(2分)/Avalon 50mi(2分)/WS100(4分). 不过这比赛和家很近（1个多小时车程），
而且高度差不多和UTMB相仿(正好是一半的距离，一半的Elevation Gain),我想先体验
一下这个高度差到底会有多难，也好提前有个心理准备.

UTMB的网站上给的是4500米D+,正好是我1月份跑的Avalon 50迈高度差的2倍,

他到了比赛最后马上就要拿下的时候那些各种犯晕各种shaky也是无穷多啊。。。
他觉得他没有老桑clutch，老费我不熟悉，老费应该也是很clutch
但是豆子扛压能力很强，很tough
toughness和clutchness还不完全是同一件事情我觉得
比如mj,kobe这些人主要就是clutchness，不一定是toughness最强的
而toughness我看过的人里面我觉得豆子就是最好的了，在我熟悉的atheletes里我没有
见到过有人能match他在场上的那么一股劲儿，就是说我绝不会随便送给你一分除非你
有本事从我手里抢去，他这个劲头有的时候让他的粉丝看了都觉得心惊胆战。。。老桑
有次说rafa是个beast,both physical beast & mental beast,我觉得老桑指的就是豆
子的这股劲儿。。。这点上面他肯定是自叹不如的了，呵呵 |

The best scenario is that there is 3BB proflop raise before you and you just
limp in.
If none, tough, tough. If just limp in, as you said, it exposes huge risk to
be beaten by trash hand.
Well, if you raise 3BB, 50+% chance are all fold and you just have SB/BB.
And you donot have AA/KK often.
I tried to raise 2BB but no good results. Seems 2BB is lethal than
3BB
pre-flop raise. More likely to have all others fold if you are at EP/MP.

第一，你都说了，那封信不是你发的。那就说明，tough公开的不是你的站内信，
你没有资格要求封他吧。只有被公开的人，才有资格吧？
第二，如果封了，那就是间接承认了那封站内信其实是你发的（你别生气，我就是逻辑
推理一下）。 其实tough在做这件事之前，就把你陷入两难处境。
最后，你的逻辑是tough造谣，但是mit没有站规说造谣多少天吧？ 菌斑造谣的一堆一
堆的，结果呢？
当然，我支持封tough，但是你总纠结7/14，有意义嘛？ |
