说说我的理解：
多数情况下，人们说 I trust you. 而不是 I trust in you.
"In God We Trust" 是 “We trust in God”的倒装。我认为正确的理解应该是：黄金
白银等是真正的货币。而纸币本身没有任何价值，用纸币作为商品交换的媒介，人们之
间需要信任。“In God We Trust”的正确理解应该是这个。
而且，就算我理解错了，假设你的理解是对的， 也不能说明这个“God”就是你家主子

看了各位的回复，首先还是感谢，感谢您们的祝福，我们在这么多同胞的祝福中一定会
好好生活下去。也特别感谢大家给了我很高的评价，这也让我不安，有些词是真担当不
起。自己知道就是一凡夫俗子，当时就想尽一个父亲的责任，能够使自己比较心安地生
活，并没有象您们说的那样伟大，仅此而已。相信大多数朋友在那种情况下也会作出相

* money market account， stock，mutual funds需要把owner改成trust的名字
* 401K是需要把配偶设成primary beneficiary, trust as contingent beneficiary
* personal property， joint checking，primary residence都不需要改
* life insurance，只需要cross ownership，因为我们还不是公民，把配偶设成
primary beneficiary，孩子, trust不需要写在beneficiary里，这个我也不是很sure

等死的时候。一个住大房子，背名牌包，有几十甚至上百万抚恤金保险金公司捐款。。
。的人，出来隐瞒实情全世界搞募捐，难道不可耻吗？
典型的捞一笔就跑路啊，造成的坏影响不说，就这件事的风头，掩盖了多少真正需要帮
助，但是没有她那么drama的人啊。

您在鸟版也算见多识广阅历深厚言谈靠谱的ID了。您列出一错误法律概念，然后见人就
“你研究研究＊＊再说。一个概念被反驳了再提出一个错误法律概念。
我说trust不需要走probate，您说我说trust也要probate，把对方论据A偷换成错误论据
B然后指出B的错误是典型诡辩。发行无投票权的股票不是随便的事情，但是几十年不发行
无投票权股票很难保证，老莫子女如果想要他们的trust稳定，trust资产不包括往往几年
就可能一变需要改变trust条款的不确定因素。到了您的嘴里就变成了我认为发行股票
像是
后院种地那么简单。把对方论点A变成一个容易反驳的论点C也是大妈街头吵架常用办法。
信托尽管不走probate，也可以被challenge，court特定情况下有权干涉。巨富家庭多设
信托，即使这样，信托出现这么多年了，巨富家庭遗嘱争端也没有彻底断绝。出于各种原
