此房较新，竭成为马大的师生们服务。非诚勿扰
位置：房子近邻University of Maryland, College Park, 位于Berwyn Heights小区,
在Westchester Tower Apartment一侧，近地铁college park站。
交通：3分钟到马大班车143校车站和公交车R11，R12就在屋外1分钟的地方. 到马大只
需10多分钟。
安全：警察家，就在斜对面，警察局在3分钟远的地方，马大周围最安全的小区。
购物：步行只需15分钟，可到最近的购物中心，其中包括Safeway，Target等美国常见
的超市和商场，还有餐馆和银行等基础设施，相当方便。
状态：房子建于2005年，很新，房间宽敞，设备齐全，包括洗衣机，厨房等所有设施。
