发帖数: 2611 | 6 买房以后对厨房不太满意，柜子还很新，都砸了重做可惜了。
于是开始了一系列project.
第一，换了granite counter top 3000刀
第二，换了drop in sink 和龙头 300刀
第三，换了back splash 1000刀
第四，换了柜子门和抽屉的把手 60刀
第五，换了抽油烟机神器一代 800刀
今天下午和老爸一起装了under cabinet， cabinet 和above cabinet light.
明后天再把玻璃柜门里的shelf也换成玻璃的。
原来有比较老式丑陋的under cabinet灯，于是就利用了原先的线路，
灯是买的ikea的一盒四个的圆形和长条led灯。很轻，所以就粘的。
整个难度比较低，就是在柜子上钻几个眼，然后接接电线。大概干了两个半
小时。效果不错。花费只有四套灯，一共是120刀。
厨房改造计划还剩下最后一个，找专业人员来给island 加一个end shelf 和放红酒
的格子。重新油漆一下。其他出轨是maple的，电器和五金是黑色的。所以island

何时可以要求做inspection啊？
看到一帖说建议attorney review 期间就做inspection，否则像mold问题不好解决（不
算是结构问题不好walk away）。所以对时间段有点不清楚，因为我们谈过的一个agent
说inspection之后才算是under contract。

然后写信去要certificate under seal，收了我$25，以为会是非常正式的一个证书，
结果收到是一张A4纸打印的内容，证明XX公司真实存在，毫不客气的说我可以扫
到计算机内，换掉公司名字，打印出来, 看上去完全会是一样的。怎么会是这么不
official，就象假的一样。我以为总该是一张很厚的纸，并且应该是横过来打，还要有
钢印在其上才象个样子。而且这张certificate under seal除了公司的名字外, 既没讲公司的地址，也没讲公司file的人的名字，也没有股票数。 |

另外两次移民局的回信中所提的我的485filing date不一致，一次是我的received
date, 而另一次是notice date。不知道我是不是该再打次电话或者做个infopass来查
