Powder Mountain, Sundance (3 each)
在其他地方也各种组合，
Silverton本身离Telluride 2小时
Monarch 离 Aspen 2小时，离Telluride 3.5 小时
Sunlight 离 Aspen 1小时
Powderhorn 离 Aspen/Telluride都是3小时，
Smugglers’ Notch 和 Sugarbush也不远
Snow King在Jackson Hole 隔壁
有MaxPass其实也可以配，不过Max的天数已经够多了。
买它主要考虑Silverton和Powder Mountain (5000 acres!)
其他山基本都是local ski area，有一些的雪质可以不错，
山的大小可以参考

unguided, now it's 2-person team. 2 weeks ago one climber dropped out as he

water taxi 从Seward 到glaciers附近，然后自己皮划艇，晚上找岸边露营，接下来两
天不断的kayaking，也许会有一些hiking，依天气定。有几个问题请教：
1. 不想找guide，觉得不够自由，对于navigation，有handheld GPS，地图，和VHF
marine radio，不知道在此片海域是否够用？
2. 正在进行extensive kayaking的训练，有过短暂的white water kayaking经历，水
平一般。应对这片大洋可够？

两个人一个船，如果两人一起落水的话，救援会比较麻烦。我觉得，还是一人一个船，
一人落
水，另一人可以在船里救援，方便一些。
最好在bay里划，风浪会小一点。
定好float plan，到时间联系不到有人帮你们报警。
有些店似乎租卫星电话的。 |

又有说法double kayak的自救更容易些，加上paddle float和另一个人，上船相对容易。
我们基本在bay里转悠，毕竟经验欠缺，一般的VHF marine radio只有5-6mile 的有效
距离，出海风险略大。
Float plan已经加到list里了，会和water taxi的船长以及靠谱的朋友说明的。谢谢提
