导读：委内瑞拉虽拥有全球最大的石油蕴藏量，但其产量从2000年时的每天340万
桶大幅下降，2017年12月，委内瑞拉官方数据显示，其石油日产量为162万桶，而业内
一般认为更加可靠的第三方独立数据显示，委内瑞拉石油日产量为174万桶，这一数字
创下历史新低，甚至低于OPEC减产协议中规定的减产目标值197万桶。
不过，OPEC原油总产量变化幅度并不大，这主要是因为减产豁免国尼日利亚和利比
亚的增产量形成了对冲。但值得注意的是，目前两国增产已经基本达到上限，如果委内
瑞拉的产量再进一步下降，则OPEC原油产量将可能进一步下降。

汇率是按一年的平均汇率来算，美元对人民币上半年汇率大概6.4左右，下半年大概6.9
左右，全年汇率大概在6.6到6.8之间，和去年差不多，可能是6.7左右，2017年的平均
汇率是6.75。
