的秋色深思驰往，一直琢磨着啥时候可以去亲眼见识一下这番壮美的景色。Alaska的秋
色从8月底开始，于是我也在琢磨怎么能在这个时段搞出几个礼拜的假。结果这一年阴
差阳错的，各种人为的以及不可抗力因素，让计划里的Alaska变成了Canada海洋四省行
……从Thousand Islands出发一路向东，走过PEI恬静的田园风光，看过Nova Scotia独
特的渔港风情，路过New Brunswick奇异的海滩巨石，当然，还有那最为惊艳永留我心
的Newfoundland。从Gros Morne的tableland到Twillingate那点缀着冰川的海岸线（跟
Twillingate比，CA 1简直是相形见绌啊），最后我来到了北美最东端的城市St. John
’s。虽说在Newfoundland的7天里，有5天都是在雨中打拼，但却无法阻止我对这片土
地的神往（说起来我是不是对那些个天气恶劣的地方格外容易情有独钟……）。但这一

《国际先驱导报》文章 近日，美国《外交政策》杂志网站刊登了一篇题为《全球不稳定“病毒”》的文章，将委内瑞拉(Venezuela)、伊朗(Iran)和俄罗斯 (Russia)三个国家的英文名称字母拼成“VIRUS”(病毒)一词，称三国结盟对抗美国并威胁整个西方秩序。美国《外交政策》杂志的专家丹尼尔·德雷兹内认为，他的同行戈福思所发明的这个专名“夺人眼目又琅琅上口”，因此，将会在美国政治学家圈内“像病毒一样流行”。
美国人一向喜欢给别国贴标签。这个“病毒国家”的新说法，就跟之前的“流氓国家”、“邪恶轴心”如出一辙。后者在前几年美国新保守主义盛行的时代曾经名噪一时；如今时过境迁，已逐渐走进了历史的垃圾桶。旧词换去，新词辈出，美国人喜欢找敌人、戴黑帽、妖魔化的习惯还是不变。

随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。

问题是这个国家的政治局经常动荡，经济极度畸形，通货膨胀严重，贪污腐败更是“男
的贪的大，女的贪的多”。政治经济的肮脏从来就没有消停过。加上全国外贸出口的80
%依靠石油，经济发展对石油依赖太大，国家和社会动荡也基本以从石油开始并在石油
上结束。
和伊拉克很相似，总统查韦斯有点象萨达姆，军人出身，发动过军事政变，坐过牢，当
总统后一做十多年，独裁声大狂妄， 去年2月，it推动全国修宪案，所有民选官员都不
得连任，唯有他可以从2012年起连选连任。
2002年，it把全国的石油公司全面和进一步国有化，这使得委内瑞拉的国家石油公司
pavsa,先后和33个外国石油公司签定的挖石油合同，最后让那些签合同的外国石油公司
只能按照市场价格得到石油。把那些公司一个个涮得欲哭无泪，白白让投资打了水漂。
今天，中国继那33个石油公司后，前仆后继，继往开来，以大无畏的不怕死精神，怀揣
200亿美刀，相当于委内瑞拉420亿美元外汇储备的50%，喊着号子雄赳赳气昂昂的在五

是风险很大的，但是外汇储备那么多，所以真是没办法，谁让中国已经钻进美犹跟买办
精心给中国设计的这个套里呢？
但是从我贴的数据至少可以看出，周小川这些金融买办，至少在过去三十年里犯下了一
个无法饶恕的错误，那就是，低位的时候不知道增加黄金储备。
即便是按照1054吨的黄金储备（截至2009年数据），中国黄金储备也不过占到外汇储备
的1.8%。如果刨除毛泽东时代留下来的400吨，改开时代的黄金储备只占到外汇储备的1
%，在全世界各国垫底！
作为对比，美国黄金储备是所有外汇储备的75%，德国是71%，意大利是70%，法国是67%
，荷兰60%，葡萄牙82%，西班牙40%，瑞士18%，英国18%，印度8.5%。
也就是说，再笨蛋的央行行长，也不应该愚钝到黄金价格翻了多少倍，才想起来进口黄
金。再笨蛋的央行行长，也不会像周小川那样，黄金价格400多的时候鼓励出口，涨到
900多又限制出口，鼓励进口。就这样的金融买办卖国贼，居然还有人为之辩护，到底
是有病还是有任务，自己看着选吧。

也就是说，1979到2008年长达30年的时间里，中国新增黄金储备仅仅为200吨，占到外
汇储备的1%。作为央行，面对这么低的黄金储备比例，居然无动于衷，居然还在2005年
出台政策鼓励出口黄金，这难道可以用脑残来解释？如果周小川不是金融买办卖国贼，
谁还是卖国贼？
