个都waiver了，你才算全部waiver。
因为J1和J2都受到2年回国限制。只是J1是自己申请Waiver，而J2不能自己单独waiver
，只能J2的配偶J1申请waiver，J2才被附带waiver。
你自己作为J1申请waiver的话，你自己的J1的2019是肯定需要的。至于你的J2材料需不
需要在你自己的J1waiver中提交我不确定。
你作为J2,你的配偶申请J1申请waiver的时候，需要附上你的J2的2019表给Dos,中国大
使馆好像不关心J2的材料，但是DOS需要J1提供J2的材料。
这样的话，你的J身份才算全部被waiver. |

第一步是去Seattle申请加拿大的签证。
中间出了2个小问题，
一是签证馆问我要能证明LD还在J1那个program的材料，比如Email的什么都可以。她说
因为DS-2019 表格上签字的时间是几个月前，不行，必须要能证明最近还在这个项目里
的材料。我只好说没有，因为不知道需要这个。她说，如果你没有这个，签证官可能会
据你。我没有办法，只好碰碰运气了。后来我在等的时候，看我下面一位是学生，她也
要能证明她还在读书的材料，比如Email，选课的证明什么的，那个女生也没有准备这
个材料，后来给她看学生卡，也是不行。所以，以后去申请加签的同学要注意了。
二是签加签必须当场交现金，刷卡不行。我不知道这个，只带了卡。虽然楼下就有
chase ，附近也有BOA。很方便，我想后来的同学带足现金还是好点，免得到时候慌张。
虽然最后还是拿到了签证，不过中间的那个担心，哎。希望我的这2点经验教训对后来
签的TX有帮助。 |

MMR部分，只有"Date Given by Civil Surgeon"上填写了06/09/2010，在接着的“
Wavers to be requested from USCIS"上check了"Insufficient Time Interval".
在最后的Result里面check了"Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver as
indicated above.
这个有问题么？我以前出国前黄本上有MMR的记录，做体检的时候给医生了，医生没有
写上去。

EB I-485 only demands you have a valid non-immigrant status (allows 180 days
our of status if claiming 245k) and J1 waiver or fulfillment of HRR.
Current J status is fine to AOS. |

三，再过一到二年博士就要毕业了，想留美，准备办 J1 WAVER。
四，请问如何办? 哪儿可找到具体步骤的信息? 批准率高吗? 从开始到批准，一般要多
久?
五，我知道这问题因人而异也不是一言两语可讲清的，斗胆请大侠们尽量帮忙解答一下。
