lady at the first time but I manage to maintain my cool and dignity whenever
I could. In cyberspace I can be dirty and mean but I am a gentleman with
respect to ANY people in the real world.

God is love, energy and never ceases. He creates everything, each of us is a
mini God if you will, so we can also create, whenever we are connected to
God and act out of Love, we feel happy and can experience so called Heaven
in Earth, whenever we act out of Knowledge (be it ego or selfish or whatever
), we suffer.
Not sure what you mean by 把自己完全信托给神, for you to not suffer,
you need to be like Him, you would have to Love always and expect nothing,
