小弟方向是无机纳米材料，会多种材料分析技术（TEM/SEM/XRD/XPS etc.）和半导体加
工技术，用过两年pvd/cvd/ald/rie之类的设备，三流学校phd，东部国家实验室化学方
向博后一年，有绿卡。想找一份半导体的工作（process engineer, failure analysis
engineer, product engineer之类的）最近找的工作很头痛，请教一个问题：
投工作以来有200多了，可是来了5个电面。我的简历被多人修改过，光在Applied
Material和IBM的两位师兄就分别修改过。我感觉这个电面的比例也太低了，并且电面
之后都没有了消息。
请教各位，是不是简历还是有问题？或者我在电面的时候表现有什么问题？可是我感觉
在电面的时候聊的都正常，并且都是HR的screening,除了一个HM的直接电面。
各位过来的大牛，能不能帮我分析一下可能的问题和改进？
另外，如有可能，十分恳请各位朋友如果知道有合适的工作机会请帮助推荐。

说实话这个就是普通技工水平，国内大厂的中专生经验都比你丰富
而且你在研究中心用的仪器和大厂的东西差很远
process engineer, product engineer大厂现在普遍只招master 或者 fresh PhD (
undergrads嫌低，PhD嫌高), 你如果已经Post Doc.还是找research的职位比较现实
你现在有绿卡，可以别盯着大厂了，有的小startup喜欢招PhD. 做个process
development scientist 还是有希望的。
说句不好听的，电工还是设计重要，这种process相关的只是蓝领工作，会进一步下放
到大陆，韩国，台湾。这些地方以后也是用中专生多。现在造PCB还需要PhD吗？哪怕是
最精细的PCB制造也不需要PhD. 以后半导体就会是这种。只有新材料，新工艺才需要
PhD来搞。但这种东西离实用化很远，于是职位奇少。

付不起。而且还要冒着小孩变成不说中文的香蕉的危险，值得么？

参观了一个新的，一个省重点试验室，沿海省份的。装置设备跟我现在学校差很多。我
也有师兄是美国正天牛的。算是认识一些人。国家试验室我也参观过，什么仪器我大概
也有数。不知道你认识的是清华北大？那个真不知道。一流半的那种公共仪器tem Sem
Xrd ，tga都不随便用。美国这边二流的，各种试验仪器我都是让本科生作的。国内bet
很多都不敞开作是我一个海归师兄说他自己的事。这个确实是一手资料 |

公共仪器国内的传统就是tech帮你做，这不是用不起，或者不让用。在这边，很多TEM

自己的理解。
很多人讨论石油，都是从美国vs俄罗斯、沙特vs美国、传统油气产业vs页岩油气产业这
样的大视角来说。我本人见识狭小，这些大局的东西俺都看不懂，俺就从俺懂的石油公
司的角度随便说说。
之前网上一个常见的观点是，这一把油价雪崩，美国各大石油公司都会受伤惨重。我对
此比较保留。在美国财阀政治的大背景下，石油公司都有强大的政治力量，如果不取得
石油财团的谅解，油价能那么莫名其妙在没有任何big event的情况下，突然就从100+
的高位崩到60以下，并且做出长期走低的姿态？我认为，大石油公司在这场油价雪崩中
必然是有收益的，因此他们才愿意支持并维持低油价一段较长的时间。问题在于大石油
公司在这场油价雪崩中，到底会有什么样的收益。
有这么一个故事，说两个人在山里走，突然蹦出个老虎。一个人扭头便跑，另一个低下
头系鞋带。跑的那个人说：你系鞋带也跑不过老虎啊。系鞋带的人说：我不需要比老虎

本人MSE PhD，毕业1年，现从事Materials Scientist工作。PhD期间的主要研究方向是
superconducting and magnetic materials的材料制备和表征，包括了
superconductors（wire，thin film and bulk）,也做过很多magnet相关的工作。材料
制备包括PVD，CVD，ALD，Solid State Synthesis, High Temperature/Pressure
Reaction；材料表征经验包括SEM/FIB/TEM/STEM，XRD/XRR/XPS，magnetization，
transport test，cryogenic test等等。有10篇Jounal Publications和10次
conference presentations经验。有过几篇审稿经验，如有需要可以提供cv+linkedin。
