间歇有氧运动融合在一起，配合Salsa舞、Merengue舞、Samba舞、Reggaeton舞、非洲
节拍舞蹈、Cumbia舞等众多舞蹈动作，让更多的肌肉参与运动，燃烧更多的热量！
我以前练习过拉丁，后来Zumba开课之后就迷上了这种舞蹈，感觉Zumba更自由、更奔放
、舞蹈当中的约束很少，减肥的效果也非常好，我以前120lb，在练习了拉丁和Zumba之
后，现在已经减到了100lb了。我觉得要想跳好这个舞，达到好的健身效果，一定要放
得开，敢于跟着音乐做动作，幅度要大。我在很多女性练习者的包围当中跳一点都不怯
，所以我目前的协调性比周围的朋友都要好一些。同时，要注意身体各个部位的配合连

不知道大家看新闻时，是否留意到美国国会开会时主席台面向议员座席有个电子屏幕，
屏幕两头有两个字：YEA，NAY。
我第一次从电视屏幕上看见的时候，从字面还是可以知道是YES和NO的意思，但心里就
想，这投票为啥不用YES & NO而要用YEA & NAY呢？
一查，这YEA & NAY相当于YES & NO的古语表达，现在多用在投票表决的场合。看到网
上有些美国人写，从他们那些国父开会的时候开始，就一直使用YEA & NAY，现在也算
对传统的继承吧。
实际上，每个议员的座位上都有一个投票器，一般有四个按钮，分别是YEA（赞同票，
绿色），NAY（否决票，红色），Present（出席），Reset （重置）或Open（电源灯）。 |

从决定买车到最终买车前后两个周，不喜欢拖拖拉拉。3万的预算，基本上没考虑过其
他车型，就在wrangler和cherokee 的trailhawk edition里面选。。
内心更倾向于wrangler，但新款cherokee的那个高端edition也不错，纠结了一段时间
，最终听从了内心的选择。
我知道这个价钱不算太低，但也不高，湾区的所有dealer对这个车型这个配置给出的最
低价都在30000~32000之间，能压到30000以内已经满足了。。。

今天早上小妞七点钟就起床了, 我昨晚加班到比较晚
幸亏爷爷还在, 陪着她玩儿, 我又迷糊了一会儿, 只听见她
在楼下玩玩具不时发出兴高采烈的yea yea声.
爷爷怕她吃不好幼儿园早饭, 还是给喂了盒蔬菜罐头打底,

往车库走的时候带点哭腔的喊, mall好 mall好
-- 这个贪玩的家伙总是说不要上学要去mall.
被塞到爸爸车里后又叫着要妈妈, 我胡乱打发说妈妈下班就去接你
就进了自己的车.
跟LD通了电, 说dropoff的时候还是哭了, 不过老师今天没有抱
让她give a five 小人也哭着跟老师拍了下手, 有进步.
等下午接的时候再看吧....
今天去接都没有哭了, 而且抱到门口我借口要开栅栏门,
让她自己走也没有再非吵着要我抱, 牵着走到车那里.
走的时候还自己用中文说谢谢老师, 我翻译给老师听, 老师很开心 :)
回来没有前两天那么饿了, 给她一碗疙瘩汤只吃了一点点就说饱了
不过接的时候老师就说刚刚二十分钟前才吃过snack的.
今天头一次换下来一套脏 |

Yea, I want to practice on highway 101, cuz it's just like local not real
highway. And I think it's more fun for the person who would like to help me
to practice.
I already practised around the test area, but I think I need more practice
during the weekend. And it's illegal to drive by myself.
And yea, I like the view on 101 and taking pictures.
Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate for that. ^_^
